Romance: One Shot

I'll Kill You

Standing there in black tux and watching you marry not to me but you're looking happy, unwanted smile crept on my lips.

"Can you tell me please?" I asked nicely as I can.

The mid aged woman shook her head.

"It's matter of someone's life!"

I just wanted to scream at that stubborn woman standing in front of me. She twisted her nose. Her wrinkled face,no offence but she looked scary.

"As much as I want to tell you,I can't"
Arg! Why was she so stubborn?

Here I'm going insane. Asking her bout it for like forever but this tough woman wasn't even trying to understand my problem and need of knowing this.

"Ok! Fine. At least tell the place's name?"
I was determined too. I had to ask or else I won't be able to live. Guilt and the regrate won't let me live. I needed to know the place. I had to go there. I had to find him.
I needed to see his face for once at least. Just once.

I didn't know if he still feels the same about me or not as I had turned him down.

He could have been married by now. Its almost 6 years. The last time I have seen and heard his voice was when he has said his last goodbye to me. I remembered he has promised me not to show me his face again. And to my bad luck,he didn't break his promise. Not even I had given him hint that I really wanted to see his innocent face. But he didn't.

The woman seemed in some deep thoughts as she chewed her dry and already chapped lips.
I looked at her hopefully.

"Ohio"
Finally! She told me the place's name. I was beyond happy. The place was Ohio and I felt more lucky as I knew Ohio wasn't a huge city. So it will a lot easier to find him there.

"Thank you thank you thank you so much. I can't explain you how happy I'm now"

Excitedly, I stared to jump.
The woman glanced at me like I'm such psycho. I grinned at her.

Oh god! Do I have to got in this traffic jam now??

I was fuming by now. I was almost there. To find him. And now this!

I honked. Honked again and again.

No effect! Wow great!

I just couldn't wait anymore here. I locked my car and started to walk. Well it was only 5 in evening so all I have yo do is find a room,eat and go look for him.

Walking. The only thing was in my mind was him.

I was sitting on my desk,checking some left test papers. I had a long day and all I wanted to do is go home.

"Bye Miss"

"Good evening Miss"

"Have a good day ahead Miss"

I nodded at every single student. Smilingly as they all left the room. I massaged my temples.
