Story 14

*Flashback_Hoshi's POV*

"Yah, Kwon Soonyoung! Give me my pillow back!" Jihoon ran after me as I got his favorite pillow. "Never!" I said as I laughed and ran as fast as I could so that he won't get his pillow back.

*Back to present_Hoshi's POV*

It's been a long time since we became best friends. I thought I saw him as my best friend but I was wrong. I fell for him. Head over heels in love with him. He didn't know because I know he is straight and it will only ruin our friendship. I just accepted the fact that it' only a one-sided love. "Soonyoung?" I heard him call. My heart is beating fast. "Yeah?" I answered. "Come on, let's go. We will late." He said as I walk with him going to the school.

The teacher announced that there will be a new student. In the middle of the year? "Class, please welcome Xu Minghao. He is a transferee from China. Minghao, please introduce yourself." This Minghao boy introduced himself. He is from China, born on November... bla bla. After class ended, Jihoon suddenly go to Minghao instead of me. They had small talk before Jihoon called me. "Soonyoung, Minghao will join us in our lunch. Can he?" Jihoon pleaded. "Of course." I said as I continued to arrange my books. "Yehey! Thank you Soonyoung." He hugged me from behind. My heart is beating crazily again.

Many months have passed and Minghao have been hanging with us more. Hanging with Jihoon more. Being so hurt so much, I decided to make a space for them. One time, Jihoon asked me, "Soonyoung, you're not hanging with us already. Why is that?" I looke at him with a plain look. "You're asking me why?" I asked him. "What?" He asked. "Lee Jihoon, you've been ignoring me this past few months because of that Minghao! I am already hurt!" I shouted at him as tears rolled down my face. "Then why didn't you talk to me?!" He shouted back. "Because you were enjoying the time with him! Like what we did before." I looked down and tears started to fall. "Then, I'm sorry. You can come back to us. You.. you are welcome again." I look up to him. "There is no need. Besides, I will go away here. I will leave for Japan. You won't see me anymore. I hope you will have a great time with Minghao. Goodbye Jihoon. I'll see you again next time." I turned back, waiting for him to call me or hug me. But he didn't.

The next day, I flew to Japan. My mother never confirmed it if we will come back to Korea or not. "Mom, are we coming back to Korea after?" I asked again. "I don't know with your dad, honey. Let's just wait for him to say that." She faintly smile and look back to the window again. Sigh... I will miss you Jihoon.

*Woozi's POV*

He left me. Alone. He didn't even let me explain my side. But this is all my fault. I should've stopped him. But why didn't I? Jun and Minghao are now actually dating. So that means Minghao can't spend his time with me. I want it to be Soonyoung but he is not here. I have feelings for him. But I didn't grab the chance to say to him. What a fool you are Jihoon. But what if Soonyoung comes back? I wish he would. Because if he will, I will definetly confess to him and be together with him. I hope he feels the same way too.

*No one's POV*

It has been a decade that Jihoon and Soonyoung didn't see each other. Jihoon lived his life to the fullest and still waited for Soonyoung. While on the other hand, Soonyoung was pursuing his studies. He didn't know it would reach ten years. He will finally come back. And when he comes back, he will directly go to Jihoon and hug him tight. He will confess and hope that Jihoon would accept him.

*Woozi's POV*

"Hey Jihoon-ah! Someone said Soonyoung will come back!" Minghao said one day. "Really?!" I asked. Is he really here? "Who said?" I asked again. Minghao smiled and said, "He himself." When he said that, he stepped aside and there I saw him. Handsome. Blonde hair. His eyes. I miss them. I cried, not believing he is here already. I heard him coming to me. "Hey, why are you crying?" He silently asked. I managed to smile and said, "You didn't said you were coming. You should have said so that I could prepare." I said. "Prepare what?" He asked. I stood straight and connected my eyes to him. "Kwon Soonyoung, I didn't say this before you left. I grab this chance because I know you can come back. You won't leave me right? Okay, I'll go straight to the point. I like you. More than being a best friend. And if you feel the same way, can you be mine?" After I said those words, he smiled so wide. "Of course! I am willing to be yours." He leaned down and kissed me. It was just in a short amount of time but I enjoyed it. "I love you." He said. "I love you too." I answered back. After I said that, everbody clapped. Oh yeah, I forgot. We were outside the street.

*Hoshi's POV*

The next day, I invited Jihoon to the nearby coffee shop. We had fun on our first date. When we walk back to our house, we decided to talk some things. "You know Jihoon," I started. He look to me. "I thought it was a mistake for loving you." I said. He smiled. "It will never be a mistake for loving me. Okay?" I nodded and give a small peck on his lips.
