Reader and Lee are both 24-25 years old here. They are married and live together.
"(Name)-chan?" Lee asked the girl laying next to him. They were laying next to each other in bed.
"Yes, Lee-kun?" The girl sweetly asked.
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Lee tightened his arm around the girls waist and with his other hand, he was playing with the golden ring around (Name)'s fourth finger.
(Name) giggled. "I don't know. Maybe i'll be dead by then. Or i'm beating Naruto in being the next Hokage,"
Lee chuckled at that last statement. It was no secret Naruto wanted to be the Hokage. (Name) in fact didn't aim for the Hokage's title. She rather be a Sensei with her own three students.
When she was younger, that was a whole different story.
She and Naruto had a rivalry about who was going to be the next Hokage.
After she came back with him from their two year training, she changed her mind.
It was still a mystery to Lee why she changed it.
"Maybe i'll be a mother.. Guess i'll just have to wait for the future to come right?"
She finished. Lee smiled warmly at the thought of (Name) being a mother. She was the most kind woman he knew. She would be a great mother.
"Why not?" Lee smirked. (Name)'s eyes widened. Did he just kind of said he wanted a baby with her?
"L-Lee-kun...Did you just now kind of point out you want a baby?"
Lee's smirk grew into a full on smile. "Hn..Guess i just did, huh?"
Tears sprang at the corners of (Name)'s eyes. She smiled and jumped up from the bed and ran to the bathroom that was connected to their bedroom.
Lee scratched the back of his neck. He was confused.
Seconds later (Name) came running back with a weird kind of tube thing in her hands.
Her cheeks were red and she couldn't wipe the smile off her face.
She handed the 'tube' to Lee. He observed it for a few seconds before he finally discovered what it was.
A pregnacy test.
A POSITIVE pregnacy test!
"Y-you're pr--"
"Lee, i'm pregnant!"
Lee was shocked. The woman he loved the most in the whole world actually was carrying his baby. His baby. Tears and waterfalls came flowing from his eyes. He couldn't be any happier. (Name) kissed his forehead.

She lowered her head next to his ear and whispered "It's a girl".
"IT'S A GIRL? REALLY?" Lee stood up happily, excited for his little lotus flower to be born.
(Name) chuckled and nodded. "Do you wanna go tell Guy Sensei and the others?" (Name) asked, knowing Lee wanted to tell Guy Sensei first.
Lee nodded eagerly.

"YOU'RE GOING TO BE A FATHER! LEE! THIS IS SO YOUTHFUL!" Guy sensei shouted. He and Lee were hugging and crying.

(Name) couldn't help but chuckle at her husband and Sensei being all happy.
"Lee-kun? I think i came up with a name." (Name) said sweetly.
Lee turned to her and is the blink of an eye he was next to her with his hand on her tummy.
He looked her in the eyes. It was like he was saying 'Go on..'.
