"I'LL SKIP CLASS I DON'T CARE!!" I yell grabbing Kevin's arms in my hands. "Baby you can't skip, I'll invite him over for dinner or something" "BUT I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG! I WANT TO MEET HIM NOW!!" I'm practically jumping out of my skin as Kevin tries to leave for practice. "Buster will be around for awhile beautiful. I love you, have a good day, don't skip" his lips press against the hairline of my messy bun before he grabs his keys and walks out in one swift motion. Darn. All I want to do is meet Buster Posey.

"Ok class you can leave early today but first I wanted to let you all know tomorrow we will be going on a field trip to AT&T Park where some of the best San Francisco Giants will be giving us a tour!" my teacher says clapping her old hands in obvious fake excitment. I look down at my new Giants hoodie and matching Giants yoga pants not being able to hold back the smile showing up across my lips. Last night Kevin brought over most of the team and we got some pizzas messing around by the pool outside of the apartment. No one in my class knows me due to my random showing up mid school year and my level of shyness. Some of the boys jump up high fiving while the girls seem to go into zone out mode day dreaming of the players. Back off ladies all your favorites are taken. In everyones reactions I am able to slip out and find my car, driving home. I get right to homework finishing in enough time to take a nap before needing to head to the game.

"Wake up sleepy head" my favorite voice says into my mouth as his lips move to my respective half asleep ones. "What?" I groan half opening my eyes to see his bright blue ones staring at mine. "I'm leaving for the game and you said you wanted to go" "Oh ya...do I need to change?" "Nope you look like a Giants princess now come on" he stands up and walks to the door waiting for me as I slip on my beat up Converse and grab his hand. Maybe this college life isn't too bad after all.
