i bit my lip as i looked through the drinks aligned in front of me. i've been searching for my favorite one, which is a chocolate drink, and it seems to take forever for me to find it.
i searched for it again with much more concentration and focus, "aish, where's that drink— aha!"
i grabbed it and jogged to the counter my mom was supposed to be waiting. i searched for my mom but I saw nothing but strangers.
oh no.
well the thing is, my mom tends to forget things a lot— and forgetting me was not an exception. this would be the 6th time she forgot all about me, no joke.
i fished out my phone from my pocket and typed my mom's new number, nervously. she recently changed her phone, and whenever she does that, she would also change her number.

04/09/20 ; belated #HappyMingyuDay hi! i made this story last 2015, when i was about 14-ish (i'm currently 18!) so the story isn't THAT good, mostly cringe-y & corny (esp for me). i'm not a writer so please don't expect too much. i hope you'll enjoy this as much as i enjoyed making this back then.
