"Okay"doc said "I'll call doctor Mcswain and ask her if she could come help you give birth. I've also set up a special table for Cody to give birth on." Cody let me help you down from there." Doc went over to Cody and helped him down from the table. As soon as Cody got down he found it hard to walk so doc went and got Cody a wheelchair. After Cody got in the wheelchair doc pushed him out of the room and into another.
Chief tried to follow them but Doc stopped him. "Cody can't have anyone with him when doctor Mcswain gets here because I'm gonna induce his labor with the ray and help him give birth." "Doc I need to be there with him when he gives birth please let me help him." pleaded chief. "Okay you can be in there with him when he gives birth ,but only you." Doc said. "I'll tell the others." Chief said and walked back to the first room. Dani asked "is he going to be alright?" graham asked "what going to happen to Cody?" kade angerly asked "what is Doc going to do to Cody?! "Calm down Kade everything's gonna be alright." Chief reassured Kade. "Doc said Cody can't have anyone with him when he gives birth." Chief told Kade. "Maybe we can ask doc if we can stay with Cody until doctor mcswain gets here." Chief said to every one. "Okay" everyone said. So everyone walked into the hallway. they saw Doc Green there Chief asked "Doc could we stay with Cody until the Doctor Mcswain gets here please?" Doc said "okay but just until Doctor Mcswain gets here." Chief walked back to the others. "Doc said we could." Chief stated. So the others went inside the other room where Cody was. Cody was happy to see his family. They stayed and talked to Cody for about five minutes. Then Doctor Mcswain came into the room everyone left the room except chief. Doctor mcswain came over to Cody and helped him up from the wheelchair and on to the table. Then she took off Cody's pants and put a sheet over him. Then took off Cody's underwear. Next she put Cody's feet into special boots connected to the table. Then Chief walked over to Cody and grabbed his hand and whispered to him "don't worrie son I'm always here for you." Then doctor Mcswain grabbed the control box hitting and holding a button. Cody's head started to move up until he was sitting up then Doc green pulled a sling down from the ceiling and put it under Cody's belly and pressed a button. Then Cody's belly was lifted up a little. While all this was happening Cody was sweating like crazy and was breathing heavily. Seeing this made chief worry "Doctor Mcswain is it nomal for cody to be breathing and sweating like this?" asked a worried dad.(Chief) Doctor Mcswain said "yes Chief Cody's fine, it's normal at this stage of pregnancy." After all that was done, doc green brought over a hospital gown and said "Cody you need to take off your shirt and put this on. I and Doctor mcswain will give you some privacy so you can get changed." Doc went over to Doctor Mcswain and whispered something to her and Then they both turned away.Then they walked into the hallway. "Doctor Mcswain why don't you go to the Next room and update Cody's family while I get the ray set for the next stage of his labor." Doc Green said. Doctor Mcswain said "okay." So Doctor Mcswain went to the next room. As soon as she opened the door she was bombarded with questions. Kade asked "is Cody okay?" Dani asked "what is going to happen to him?" Graham asked "is this going to hurt Cody?" Doctor mcswain replyed "Cody's alright, he's going to give birth, and yes it'll hurt Cody." with that said Doctor Mcswain left the room. Meanwhile Doc Green knocked on the door then asked "Cody are you changed?" Chief answered "yes he is." Doc Green opened the door and went inside. Then Doctor Mcswain came back into the room. Next Doc Green strapped Cody's arm down to the table strated an iv unstrapped his arm and upped the ray setting Then shot Cody."Okay this time it's going to progress naturally instead of me shooting you many more times." said Doc Green. Then Doctor Mcswain went over to a cabinet and pulled out a box of sterile gloves. She put a pair on. She then went over to the doctor chair. Then rolled over to Cody and said "I'm going to check to see if you're open enough to have the baby. How I'm going to check you is put my hand up your rearend to see if you're ready for the birth. Okay?" Cody said "let's just get this over with." So Doctor Mcswain proceeded to check Cody. While this was going on Cody was flinching very badly Doctor Mcswain said "Cody I need you to relax so I be accurate with this." Cody relaxed then doctor mcswain pulled her hand away from Cody. Cody sighed a sigh of relief. Doctor mcswain said "okay Cody you are currently only one centimeter." chief asked "what does that mean?" "that means Cody isn't ready for the birth yet." replyed Doctor Mcswain. "Doc Green can I speak with you in the hallway for a moment?" So doctor Mcswain and Doc green went into the hallway. "I wanted to ask you did you set the ray setting to one centimeter per minute?" Doc green said "yes I did." I'll update Cody's family while you watch Cody." stated Doc Green. Doc Green went into the other room where Cody's family were waiting for him to give birth. Doc Green said "Cody is only one centimeter. He's not ready for the birth yet." with that said Doc Green left the room and went into the other room. Doctor Mcswain was there with him. Doc Green said "Cody the way I set the ray should make you ready for the birth in the next nine minutes. "What?!" Cody said "I'm going to be a mother/father,so to speak in the next nine minutes?" Doctor mcswain said "I'm going to check you again Cody. okay?" once again Doctor Mcswain pulled on another pair of sterile gloves. She then went over to Cody and checked him again. She said "Cody you're three centimeters now." "So in seven minutes you should be fully open enough to give birth." So they waited. Seven minutes later Doctor Mcswain said "I'm going to check you again." Once again Doctor Mcswain pulled on another pair of sterile gloves She then went over to Cody and checked him again. Doctor Mcswain said "okay Cody you are currently ten centimeters which is fully dilated. Meaning you're ready for mpreg birth." This fact really scared Cody but he wanted to know so he was going to go through it. Doc Green said "Cody I need to shoot you again before you start to give birth because of the ray setting I used If I don't you won't stop widening." "okay" Cody and chief said. Since another minute passed doctor mcswain said "okay Cody I need to check you again." Once again Doctor mcswain pulled on another pair of sterile gloves She then went over to Cody and checked him. "Doc green Cody is past ten centimeters." Doc green set the ray setting to stop dilating and contract a centimeter. He shot Cody again only this time Cody screamed in pain because in pregnancy nature your suppose to dilate not contract. Finally Cody was ready for mpreg birth. Doc Green left the room. Doctor Mcswain got between Cody's legs. She said "Cody I want you to give a push when you feel your next contration." Cody nodded not really knowing what a contraction is but Cody felt a pain in his stomach,telling him to push. He assumed that must be a contraction So Cody took a deep breath put his chin to his chest and bore down with all his might. While this was happening Doctor Mcswain was counting "2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10." After that Doctor Mcswain said "okay Cody you can release your push." So Cody released his push and panting Doctor mcswain said "okay Cody I need to check you again. Once again Doctor mcswain checked the progress of Cody's baby. While this was happening Cody could feel the baby pressing up against his pelvic bone. Then he felt it press up against his cervix He knew it wanted out. Cody felt another contraction his body telling him to push. So Cody took another deep breath put his chin to his chest again and bore down with all his might. Yet again Doctor Mcswain counted when she counted ten Cody released his push and panted again. Cody could feel the baby moving down his birth canal. It moved only a inch toward the world. Doctor mcswain said "I'm concerned with the progress you've made." Cody asked while panting "what do you mean by that?" doctor mcswain said "what I mean by that is most pregnant women giving birth have made more progress By now. Cody if you don't make any progress soon I'll have to do a c-section on you." "what does that mean?" Cody asked nervously. Doctor Mcswain said "that means I'll have to take you to the hospital, then to the OR and cut you open and pull the baby out." This terrified Cody. Cody then felt another contraction So Cody took another deep breath put his chin to his chest again and bore down with all his might While all this was happening Doctor Mcswain was counting "2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10." When she counted ten Cody released his push again. Doctor Mcswain said "I'm going to check you again." After she checked him again "Cody I can just feel the top of the baby's head." "Okay Cody in the next few pushes your baby's head should start to crown." Doctor Mcswain said. Cody felt another contraction So Cody took another deep breath put his chin to his chest again and bore down with all his might. While this was happening Doctor Mcswain was counting "2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10." When she counted ten Cody released his push and panting Cody could feel the baby's head pressing through his cervix Cody screamed in pain. He assumed that must be the baby's head starting to crown. "Great job Cody I can see the head statring to crown." in a few pushes this is going to be all over with. Yet again Cody felt another contraction So Cody took another deep breath put his chin to his chest again and bore down with all his might While this was happening Doctor Mcswain was counting When she counted ten Cody released his push and panting. Then Doctor Mcswain got up and went to the sink grabbed a bowl from the cupboards above it. Filled it with water from the sink and grabbed a cloth. She handed it to cheif. Then said "cheif i need you to use the rag to wipe cody's face and neck after every contraction it'll keep him cool." Cheif said "okay."
