"Deanna... Please pick up my calls." I hear Cas' voice through the voicemails. I've been giving her the silent treatment since she 'didn't need me anymore'.

My phone rang again, the old picture of Cas and I popping up on the screen. I couldn't resist this time. I tap the green button and answer.

"Deanna! I-I really need you right now. I'm really sorry... I'm so sorry. I just- you still shouldn't have gotten involved but you're all I have left..."

"What about your family?"

"They- kicked me out..." She puffed, tears welling her eyes and sniffles increasing.

I pursued my lips into a line. "Where should I pick you up?"

"I've been staying at the school... Just come there. Thank you so much, De."

The line clicked off.

I sped over, taking the Impala instead of the mo-ped because then she would be more comfortable.

I parked the car and cut the engine, walking over to the curled up figure laying on the bench.

I sit beside Cas and she sits up. Her eyes are red and puffy and her face is blotchy. She leans over and stuffs her head into my shoulder. She's only done this once before but I enjoyed every moment of it.

I grab her hand gently lacing my fingers with hers. My heart rate picks up and I hear her breath hitch.

She sits up and her gaze lays over me helplessly.

I press my palm to her jawline and pull her face to mine, gently touching her lips with mine.

I pull away and our foreheads press together.

"Deanna... You're not gay..."

"I never said I wasn't bi though... You never asked what my romantic interests were." I smile. "Now you see why I never liked you dating Annie?"

"You were jealous?"

"No you were just being a stubborn ass and weren't moving on." I brushed my lips against hers once more.

"Name calling isn't nice." She teases.

"Well I'm not nice."

"You're lying." Cas wraps her fingers over the nape of my neck.

I press my lips to hers harder, feeling the tension between us. My heart rate has slowed along with the kissing. I touch my lips to her jaw and she draws away.

"Oh yeah I forgot your neck is ticklish." I smirk, scrunching my face together.

Cas laughs a little and then covers her mouth. "My laugh is obnoxious... Sorry."

"I haven't mocked it any other time in our friendship have I? I think it's adorable."

"You still think this is a friendship?" She looks at me, shocked.

"No of course not." I swoop in and kiss her again. "Just promise me this... Never go back to Annie."

She touches her soft fingertips to my bottom lip. "I would never... You're so much better."

I pull Cas closer, not our bodies are touching in more places.

"Why haven't you told me before?" Cas gasps into my neck.

"I've tried but you were too focused on Annie and having her back with you 24/7." I reply.

"I'm sorry I didn't realize." We slowed down a little, just gently touching our lips together.

Later I took her home and let her stay in the spare bedroom that we never used. She greats fully thanked me and promised that she'd try to find a job. But I didn't want her to stress herself out. I just want her to be happy.
