All Rose could do was stand there and hold her Doctor's hand. She had spent years looking for her amazing Doctor, and dreamed about traveling with him in the TARDIS forever.
She waited for the moment that he would tell her he loves her as much as she loves him. But all he did was ask her if it needs saying. She was going to lose him again, and he didn't even tell her how he felt.
But she knew why he didn't say it. He wanted her Doctor to tell her he loves her. He wanted his human self to tell Rose how much she means to him, how much he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. So he did. And as Rose kissed her human Doctor, he walked back into the TARDIS with Donna, heartbroken, and closed the walls between the two parallel worlds forever.
Rose remembered everything they had done together, the amazing things he showed her, the wonderful planets they have been; and tears were rolling down her cheeks.
She looked into her Doctors eyes, and he took her into her arms.
"I love you." She said. The Doctor kissed her forehead and grabbed her hand. They walked back to Jackie while she called Pete to pick them up.Rose and the Doctor sat down in the sand. The same sand that they had said goodbye on. Rose hated Bad Wolf Bay, and so did the Doctor. They laid down and looked at the clouds, her head on his stomach. Rose closed her eyes for a second to dry her tears, but before she knew it she was fast asleep.
