Katie's POV:

The melodic sun streamed in through the tiny manufactured windows of the tour bus. Justin's wofts of hair made a trail of brown across his white pillow that corresponded well with his natural hair color. His once riveting personality that always seemed on the go was now lost as his unmoving sleeping position made it hard to believe that he was as hyper as day when he was awake.

"Justin?" I whispered into the crook of his neck, feeling his body shudder under my warm morning breath that I would certainly never kiss him with.

"Mmmm," he groaned, his eyebrows scrunching underneath the layer of his thin hair that was was more like a blanket to his forehead than a haircut.

"Justin, you have the count of three to wake up," I warned in a desperate pursuit.

Justin Drew Bieber had never been, and never will be, a morning person. Justin was a night owl who stayed up all night just so he could miss the brightness of the day. In comparison, we were complete opposites. He liked home cooked meals, while I much rather order in. He liked to sleep in, while I liked to wake up early so I didn't waste a minute of my day. So with some of those things in mind, I wondered how we made such great best friends - and partners in the game called love.

"What are you thinking about?" A raspy, tired voice lurched me from my bashful thoughts. I turned my head in his direction to see that he had repositioned himself upwards so that he was on his side. His normally bright mahogany eyes were gloomy and murky, tiredness setting into them.

"You and me.. and how you need to stop staying up so late so that you'll wake up earlier." I teased, mocking him with my cheeky grin that etched itself on my face.

"I need to stop staying up so late? Says the one who was up at 1 A.M this morning," he retorted with a charming smile to go along with his witty remark.

I grimaced, pouting out my lip. That was also something that Justin inherited - he always had a smooth comeback that overshadowed yours any day. Although, it was something that I found inevitably more attractive about him.

"You want me to get up earlier so you can spend more time with me, is that why you wake me up at 8 o'clock?" He pressed, using his index finger to trace circles along my knee - something that made my distressed aura release like it never was even there.

"How did you know, Justin?" I gasped fraudulently.

"I'm a mind reader. Besides, if I were a girl, I'd want to spend as much time with me as I could, too."

I snorted; berrying my face into the soft cushioned pillows of his tour bus bed that had spider man sheets enveloped around the mattress.

"My tour doesn't start until Friday, so we have some days to do whatever we want."

Today was Tuesday, giving us three days to drive to his first destination where he'd perform. Though his first destination was unknown to me, I knew it'd be a place I would have never gone to in my life unless given this opportunity.

"And according to the world - we're best friends still, right?"

Ever since Justin had performed way back when where he had dedicated a song for me, his fans had known me as his girl best friend, whom they didn't believe was only his friend. I remembered being back stage, Chaz's angry expression almost a little to angry for comfort.

"According to the world, you're just my beautiful, naive best friend. Although, I'm sure people have their suspicions." He said, rubbing his fatigued eyes with the back of his hand gingerly.

"So, what are we going to do today?" I requested, expecting an answer that did not surprise me like it had.

Katie's POV:

"Lesly!" I screamed; swerving my go kart so that we wouldn't collide.

A monstrous giggle immersed from her glossed lips - her lengthy blonde mane beginning to become a hazard as it had blindfolded her from seeing me coming in her direction.

The plans for today seemed almost more normal than expected. Justin had planned for all of the crew members, including Lesly and I, to go go carting at the place nearby. When first notified that we'd be go carting, my thoughts rushed towards Lesly, as I knew from personal experiences that if she was clumsy of land - that she'd be even worse in a mini car where the helmet's were just a little too big for her petite head.

Stopping at the sidelines, I gave out a huge amount of air that I had accumulated at the time I saw Lesly's car coming towards my direction. Suddenly, I saw two strong hands unbuckle seatbelt, little band aids decorating their finger tips.

"What are you doing, Justin?" I demanded, my eyebrows knitting together at the sight of him pulling me out of the cart. I watched as he slid into it, capturing my wrist and snagging me downwards into his lap.

"Justin! This isn't safe!" I warned, watching as he loosened the seatbelt so it would go around both of us.

"Shh," he whispered almost seductively as he pressed his foot onto the pedal. The engine of the go cart revved up, and in no time we were speeding past Lesly who's hair seemed to be a golden jungle around her face.

The breeze that formed as they drove around the paved track made me close my seaweed pigmented orbs, only to be shot open again when I felt the soft caress that only Justin's lips would posses. His lips, ever so soft and delectable in ways you couldn't describe, made tiny butterfly kisses that could only make me freeze underneath the tightly fitted seat belts.

"Watch the road!" I stammered, placing my damp palms over his.

"Trust me," his husky voice brushed my earlobe.

"Justi-"

I watched as his hands released the steering wheel, making my heart quicken at that moment.

"Justin! Grab the steering wheel!" I shouted, rushing to clutch the rubber around the steering wheel.

But he stopped me, he clutched my wrists, making it impossible for me to grab the rubber interior.

"Say you trust me," he said again, his hands still locked around my bony wrists.

"I trust you!" I screeched, watching the pavement curl in front of us. We'd soon crash into a large tire if he didn't begin to control the go cart.

"Prove it," he whispered lethargically; as if the whole situation was as calming as going to the beach and letting the sun ravish on your porcelain colored skin.

"How!?" The tire's were beginning to become closer, and closer, and closer with each passing second.

"Kiss me," he demanded in a forceful yet soft monotone.

As passionately as I could, I leaped forward and connected our lips in a fleeting motion. His moist supple lips moved in sync with mine and I felt a wave of relief wash over me when I felt his hands drop mine and return on the wheel. Swerving away from the tires, I pulled back and looked at his steady expression.

"I trust you," I whispered calmly, wrapping my arms around his neck though it seemed impossible due to the over sized helmets that covered our heads.

"I know you do, but I wanted to test you," he said before picking up speed to pass Ryan and Lesly who seemed more engulfed with each other than the all go carting scheme.
