Katie's POV:

My converse splashed against the backstage concrete ground, loud bellows exaggerating from my lightning speed that I accumilated when Justin had gotten off stage.

Grabbing the cold metallic knob of his dressing room, the door thrusted open with ease. Looking at the patterns on the ground, my eyes fetched two figures on the leather couch and the once livid breath that was pulsing through my throat instantly hitched. His lips, his delectable lips that I had tasted so many times, were locked with anothers. I felt my heart ache, I stood there as my heart clasped down and tighten. After what seemed like decades, my vocal chords obtained a voice that sounded nothing like the reverbated tone I once used.

"I.. I.. don't u-understand." I choked out, my bottom lip quivering.

Justin ripped backwards, his eyes slamming shut. He looked tormented, and not to mention startled.

"Katie," he started, though he didn't exactly know where to start.

A bitter taste formed in my mouth, venomous words dancing at the tip of my tongue.

"You d-don't l-love me, you don't!" I roared, my temper exceeding with every pleading look Justin sent me.

"Katie, you need to let me explain, you need too." He demanded, bounding up from the couch and ignoring her presence.

"Y-you asshole," I turned my attention on her daggering eyes that were an eary color.

"Is this what you wanted? I-is this what you live for?" I questioned with a dislocated tone.

My face was flushed and my body was ragged as I turned around sharply, only to be pulled right back by the muscular hands that I knew with every great detail. I wanted to leave, no, I needed to leave before I regretted what I was about to do next.

"You need to trust me, okay? You need to look me in the eyes, Katie, and trust me when I say I love you and only you," he whispered.

"Are you crazy!? You were kissing that bit** and-"

"Trust me like you did go carting, trust me, please, please Katie!" He begged, squeezing my arms with a gentle caress. His eyes screamed at me, his body shaking almost as much as mine. Almost.

"How can I trust you.. when I just saw you kiss Caitlin Beadles," I whispered as the tears leaked ever so slowly down my swollened cheeks.

"I love you, you need to trust me, please. I can't... I can't explain why we kissed," it came out as a wretched hoarse reply, but none the less made my heart exceed it's weight limit in my chest cavity.

"Sure you can, Justin."

Caitlin's melodic voice made my heart stop. It was smooth, pure, and evil oozed from the tip of her tongue. Had she used tongue in their kiss? Had she enjoyed every moment of it, imagining my face expression when I found out?

"Tell her why you kissed me," she urged on as she sat perfectly still on the couch. This didn't effect her.

Justin's jaw clenched as his eyelids crashed.

"Because Caitlin has pictures," Justin mumbled raspily.

"P-pictures?" I asked, unsure.

"Caitlin.. Caitlin has pictures of you and me doing stuff. And if I don't cooperate they'll get out," he stammered.

"So? So, that's okay, the world knows we're together!" I screamed, my eyebrows wavering.

"They.. they aren't good pictures Katie," he admitted.

I wanted to hear him breathe my nickname, breathe KadKad in a tone that sent my knee's to buckle. But he didn't, he used my name and that sent shivers down my spine. Bad shivers.

"I'll send them to the nearest gossip magazine and Justin's prude little personality will vanish. And want to know what else will vanish? His fans. These pictures aren't the only thing I have on you, your good ol' buddy Chaz recently told me all the goods about your childhood mishaps. Remember the time when you destroyed Jimmy's car? Yeah, me too." Caitlin reared.

Jimmy's car had never been the same after Justin broke it to pieces. The windows all dismayed, his rearview mirrors left streaks of cracks in them. It was a dare, an innocent dare, just like us kissing, just like us doing things other than kissing.

And our life, well, it was as good as Jimmy's car.

Broken.

"Y-You're a monster."

I stuttered quietly, rasing a shaking hand to point at that little brunette girl.

"What drives people to do this?!" I screeched, "Just because you're jealous of m-" The devil herself interrupted me.

"Jealous?" She laughed her high-pitched laugh. "Why on earth would I be jealous of you?" She seethed standing up.

I laughed too, even though I wanted to cry. I couldn't show her weakness. I couldn't show her that she won even though she already did.

"What do you think?" I pointed to Justin with both my fingers, he was trying to stop us but I ignored him. "You can't stand that Justin is MY boyfriend." I basically screamed 'my'. "You can't stand that Justin loves me, cares for me, when he hates you."

Her eyes flickered with hurt and regret, but it vanished as a familar smirk washed over her face.

"You better watch what you say. One little mistake and those pictures go everywhere." She smiled as she walked to Justin and planted one big kiss on his lips.

I stepped back, turned and ran to the lobby where Lesly was supposed to be. I saw her beautiful figure but she wasn't alone. She was with Ryan. I wiped most of my tears, but more came down. I walked over to where Lesly was and taped her on her shoulder.

Her real smile saw right through my fake one.

"Ryan can you give us a minute?" Lesly asked without taking her eyes off me.

He nodded silently, standing up and walking passed us. He patted my shoulder graciously, he must of saw through my grin too. I knew I liked him.

"Tell me everything." Said Lesly, as I bursted into tears. I told her what happened and before I could stop her she was out of her seat running down the hallway. I walked over so I could see down it, thinking she was going to the bathroom. But she turned into Justin's dressing room.

That's when I heard the scream.
