Trapped By Wolves

Chapter 2: Cornered

"Ahhhh!" Bambam screamed in annoyance "What's taking them so long?" he asked as he lied on the couch lazily,

"I'm hungry..." Yugyeom complained,

"Shut up!" Jb scolded "Here, drink that and stop complaining!"

Yugyeom's eyes sparkled as he caught the carton of juice that Jb had thrown them "Woah, hyung, you're the best!"

"I don't think we should touch anything here, it's not our house after all" Youngjae spoke worriedly,

"It's going to be our territory soon so I don't think two small boxes of drink is a problem" Jb answered as he sat on the couch,

"How do you drink this?" Bambam stared at the carton in puzzlement,

"I think you insert that small white tube on the box and sip the juice through it" Jr said pointing at the straw and the silver circle on the carton,

Yugyeom tried what Jr had thought them, he popped the silver circle on the box using the straw and took a sip "Woah, it actually tastes good!" he beamed his eyes glinting in wonder,

The door opened, Jackson entered first carrying a girl in his arms while Mark followed behind closing the door,

"Hyung! What took you so long?" Yugyeom asked,

"Mianhae, we had to make sure no one was looking when we took her" Mark answered,

Everyone gazed at the girl Jackson was carrying; he placed her on the couch which Bambam voluntarily left,

"You didn't hurt her, right?" Youngjae asked warily,

"Of course not, she just fainted all by herself" Jackson answered,

Bambam kneeled near the sleeping girl, he blinked, she actually looks like a wolf cub when asleep, he leaned forward sniffing the strands of her hair enthralled by the girls sweet scent,

"She smells like strawberry..." he uttered,

"Yahh! What do you think you're doing?" Jackson spoke grabbing Bambam away from her,

"But I don't think she's the person we're looking for" Bambam explained "She has a different scent"

"That doesn't mean you smell her hair!" Jackson replied,

"How could they look so much alike but not be one person?" Yugyeom asked in puzzlement,

"Why are you making a fuss about it?" Jb barked "We'll find out the truth once she wakes up!"

I woke up gasping. My eyes scanned the familiar place I was in, I'm...I'm in my house?! But how did I get here? Wasn't I abducted? So how-

I found myself running towards the back door, my heart throbbing in terror, oh god! What have I done that's terribly wrong to be trapped with seven wolves inside my house?! I searched my pockets for the keys to the door but I remembered that I had placed them on the table inside my room, great! How was I supposed to go there?!

I tried to dash towards the stairs but it was too late, the wolves were already in front of me their piercing eyes making me tremble in fear, I felt my knees weaken and I dropped on the floor losing all hopes of staying alive, I hugged my knees closing my eyes as tightly as I could, tears trickling down my cheeks, 'I can't believe I'll die like this...'

I felt the touch of warm hands wiping the tears on my face, I slowly opened my eyes and was welcomed by a handsome face, he had warm dark eyes and striking blonde hair, he gave me a guilty smile before turning around, six wolves stood behind him, I suddenly felt nervous, I stared at the guy in front of me, I had a bad feeling about where the seventh one was,

"I think we should stop right here" the guy in front of me spoke, he was talking to the wolves, the wolf in the middle growled and I flinched at the sight of its razor-sharp teeth,

A sudden gust of cold wind enveloped the wolves and I watched dumbfounded as the six of them flickered and fade turning into human forms, one of them looked very familiar: his messy black hair and hypnotizing dark eyes made me remember-

"You!" I gasped, it was the same guy I met at the temple! "Hi" he smiled and I suddenly had the urge to strangle him, how dare he act like he didn't give me a heart attack!

The guy in front of me helped me stand then he took a step back which I found just fine because I still can't find myself trusting a bunch of guys who ran after me in their wolf forms (no matter how much attractive they look like),

"W-what do you need from me?"

"So let me get this straight" I said in bafflement thinking if I was still sane "I freed you from that urn and you want to stay here because you think I'm the person you've been looking for?" the seven of them nodded,

"I knew you'd understand" the guy I met at the temple smiled,

"Oh no! No!" I shook my head in horror my voice shaky "There is no way I'll let wolves into my house!"

"Oh, I don't think you'd be able to make us leave either." a guy with ash colored hair chuckled,

"W-what do you mean?"

"Jb-hyung already marked the place as our territory." he spoke,

I felt my blood draining out of my body 'did I just hear him right?'

"So where's our room, miss?" a brown haired guy spoke his eyes glinting with excitement, a shiver ran down my spine 'I bet he's planning to kill me on my sleep...'

"U-up stairs..." I said stuttering "Th-there's an empty room to the l-left..."

I watched as they passed by me and ascended up the stairs, my face growing paler with each step they take,

"Hey Miss..." I flinched and turned around facing the person who called me,

"We haven't got your name yet" the guy smiled innocently which caught me by surprise,

"Ch-chaeri..." I answered hesitantly,

"Nice to meet you, I'm Jr and this is our pack leader Jb" Jr smiled and pointed to the guy beside him, Jb doesn't seem to like talking because he just stared at me smirking, I felt like strangling him too because he was the cause of all of this but unfortunately my knees are weak right now and I don't think I have the strength to kill a wolf,

The blonde haired guy started to speak "I'm Mark and he's Jackson" Jackson waved smiling,

"Bambam here!" the brown haired guy beamed pointing to himself, he elbowed the guy beside him and the guy started to speak after wincing in pain "Ooowch- Yugyeom h-here..."

"I'm Youngjae, nice to meet you..." The guy whom I met at the temple spoke,

"Y-yeah... nice to meet you too...I guess..." I told them suddenly taken aback by their warm introductions, the mood had definitely changed but it wasn't enough to cover the fact that my knees were shaking,

"We'll see you tomorrow then..." Jr smiled and continued to follow the others upstairs,

I felt an overwhelming sense of relief when I heard the sound of a door opening and closing, that meant they were inside and I'm out of danger,

'Tomorrow...' I cringed in fear remembering those words and rushed to my room upstairs as quickly as I could closing the door with a loud bang,

'eotteoke?! There are wolves in my house!'
