The sky was dotted with white and fluffy clouds. As the sun was casting the sunlight and warmth on the school. 2 more days until spring break and I just need to get through high school drama for 2 more days. When we walked to the front of the school, the parking lot is full as usual. The rush of the high school students start to head to school was always in the air. Matt swung the door for me and I walked through the door. I had no friends in this school since everyone here thinks that I am a freak except for Matt. I headed to my locker and Scott's locker was opposite of mine.

" 2 more days until spring break." I said.

"yeah, can't wait. Got anything special to do through the holidays?"

"Nuh, same plans as before."

"Which are?"

"Staying home and shutting myself out of this world."

"Sounds convincing."

I laughed a little and grabbed my Biology and Physics textbook for my first and second period. I locked my locker and turned around to see if Matt is ready or not. I could hear his thoughts that he would like me for a ride to go dressshopping with him for some reason. We are very close friends but not that close. I guessed it would be nice for me to try out some dressess with a opinion of a guy.

" How would you like if I joined your dress shopping of yours?"

" Sounds great."

"Meet you in front of the school at 3."

"okay."

Matt left his locker and headed to his first class. The bossy and imperious cheerleaders walked in the hallway with a huge crowd of boys at their side. Well, I guessed high school is high school. I climbed the stairs and headed for biology. As I entered the classroom, I saw all of the students still chatting amoung themselves and I walked towards my seat the the back corner of the class beside the window. The scar of mine stopped to burn at last. I looked through my scar again and its still the same shape. When I first had dreaming about the trial, the scar would turn into different shapes, shapes like the symbols of the rulers' powers after 2 or 3 hours or so. This time, it remined the same.

I didn't pay attention to any classes today. Most of the times I would but not today. I got a little curious on what's my mom going to talk to me about. I haven't did anything wrong I think for the past couple of days and weeks. Maybe she wanted to talk to me about my grades or how I been daydreaming through classes. Dressing formal for discussing something is a very big deal, I could feel that something big is going to happen about this. As the bell rang, I grabbed my backpack and headed to the door. I could see that Matt leaned against the wall and helding his car keys in his hand.

" The chance of you falling asleep in the middle of this shopping would be 100%."

" I would take my risk."

I punched his shoulder lightly and headed towards the door. I saw his Chervolet Corvette car parked near the north side of the parking lot. We walked towards it. He beeped his car with his keys.

" How was school today."

"Horrible. I was daydreaming during class as usual."

He swung the passenger seat's door for me and I sunk right in. He walked acorss the other way to get into the driver seat. He turned his keys and start to drive.

"Any music request?"

"whatever you feel like it."

He clicked his ipod which is attached to the sound system of the car and played an relaxation mix. There is only a mall or outlet near the area, the Aruden Hills. It would take around 30 to 40 minutes to get there. I had been in his car many times but this time seems a little different. The car looked much neater and tidier. I bet he went to car wash before this thing. The leather of the car seats looked like they had been polished and sprayed with air freshener.

"What do you think of the car?"

"It-it's great."

"I can't remember the last time I took the car to the car wash."

"I bet it had been ages."

Matt looked at me and hoping that I was making a joke. I rolled my eyes at him. I looked through the car window and saw the lush and robust forest near the road where birds were singings their songs and animals drinking from the pond. It was very beautiful and peaceful.

Suddently, the sound of the nature stopped. Instead of hearing the nature, I heard Matt thoughts how badly he wanted to talk to me about how much he likes me and so freaking sick of being my friend. I was so shocked by hearing this. Matt is my closest friend and I have no feelings for him whatso ever but I don't want to hurt his feeling. What should I do now?

"Are you free tomorrow? We could catch a film and there is something I want to talk to you about."

Either way telling him that I am not interested or pretending that I am into him won' t help for both of us.

"Hello, Megan? Are you alright?"as he tapped on my shoulder with one hand on the steel.

"Y-Yeah, I am fine." as I realized we stopped at the red light.

"You don't look so well. Here.Feeling better?" He took off his gray hoodie and wrapped it on my shoulder."

"I guessed so."

One more turn and we are arrived at the mall.
