Matt and I walked towards the table and sanked into our seats. It is 6:45 and we are 15 mintues earlier. The resturant looked super empty and hollow.

"Thanks for everything I guess."

"Anytime."

"Is funny that you prepare everything a girl needs like accessories and shoes but no makeup."

"I know. You look better without it. "I blushed a little.

"There is still something that is missing from your outfit."

"Really?"

"Your hair."

"Since when you become a dress stylist" asking him sarcasitcally.

He pulled out a blue flower from the left side of his front pocket and put it on my right side of my head right gently where I usually seperate my hair. His fingers were so warm and soft as they began pulling a strap of my hair to the front of my head.

I couldn't hear his thoughts still ever since I fainted. Matt began tittled his head to mine. This is not happening. I don't have any feelings for him and this is isn't right. Just when his lips were getting closer to mine, I heard the doors of the resturant opened. I turned my head towards the direction of the door and I found my mom dress in a long red blood color dress with a small black handbag.

"Such perfect timing." Matt said ironicly.

"Mom." Waving my hand at her.

My mom apporached to the table sitting right beside me as Matt started to move his chair a little away from me so that mom would not get some mix signal over here.

"I hope you don't mind me joining your dinner tonight, Mrs. Price."

"No problem at all, Matt."

"What a lovely dress, Megan. I really love it." sipping some water from the glass cup.

"Thanks mom. Matt picked it out for me."

"Matt, You really know whats a girl into."

"I guess so that depends." He winked at me. I rolled my eyes at him.

"So mom what do you want to talk to me about? You sounded so serious when I was on the phone with you."

"This is serious but we are still waiting for one more person."

There was another person walked into the resturant. He had dark blonde hair with blue eyes dressed in a black tux with a white tie. I could tell that he is very rich by judging how many diamonds there are on the white tie. There must be a tons of them. He began to walk towards the table and mom got up from the chair.

"This is what I want to talk to you about. Megan, Matt, this is Derek West and we are getting married at the end of springbreak." grabbing his hand to hers.

"Pleasure to meet you sir. Congrats." Matt got up from his char and reached for his hand amd shook it."

"W-What? Mom, are you sure about this?" I-I mean I know we lost dad but you're replacing him."

"I know. I know. Thats why we are spending more time to get to know each other better in California."

" What! We're moving to California!! How about here! We can't just leave here."

"I know it seemed so sudden but I hope you understand that I love your mother with all my heart." reaching for my hand but I avoid it.

"So this is what you want to talk to me about, mother and there is no way that I would leave here until dad come home. Have a great evening then." I grabbed my purse and headed towards the door.

"Its all right, Mrs. Price. I will talk to her." Matt grabbed thoese shopping bags and headed towards the door.

I walked towards Matt's car and waiting for him to start the car. How could she do that to me. I love my dad and ever since he left us, I believed that someday he would return home.

"Start the car."

"Are you sure? " as he putting the shopping bags to the trunk.

"Yes, I rather to be anywhere but here with them"

"As you wish." startung the car with his keys and I got into the car.
