Zoeys POV: this doesn't feel right I don't know why but I don't like that guy hurting Alex. "Stop" I screamed. He pulled away fast and looked my direction. "But why Zoey he killed your guys parents and your brother and he also kidnapped you three" he said to me confused. "Well look people change plus he has been feeding us and clothing us, and we have a nice house to live in or anyways we did" I said and everyone's jaws dropped including Alex's. "Zoey I'm sorry but I'm still calling the police" he told me he walked out the door and somehow jammed it so we couldn't get out. He can't do this we have to get away I don't want to go back to Taylor. I want to stay with Alex. And my life will never be the same again everyone will ask questions while everyday I will be thinking about Alex. I am staying this is my final decision he can hurt me all he wants but I'd rather stay here then go back it will cause less pain. "Come on we have to get out" I said. "Its no use the door is jammed" Alex said. "Alex I want to stay with you I don't want to go back to Taylors" I told him tears rolling down my face. "I don't either" said Kat and she WS crying to eventually Jade agreed and everyone was crying but Alex.

"Girls don't waste your time crying, if you want to stay with me help me think of some ways to get out we may have to get out the window" he said. "But that's high I'm terrified of heights" I said. "Don't worry you will be fine I will make sure of that" Alex told me. That last sentence made me think. Does Alex think of us as his children. Does he actually love us. Or is all of this just an act. Is he setting it up like this just so he can kill us. I won't know until its time to know. "Wait isn't there like a ladder or a fire escape or something" I said. "Yes why didn't I think of that" he said smacking his hand to his forehead. Which that made me laugh. We climbed out the window and started our way down that's when I heard sirens but I didn't see lights yet. I looked back at Alex hoping he had a plan. "Run" is all he said. We all instantly were running down the fire escape that's when I saw lights. "Go into the cornfield" he yelled only loud enough we could hear. We ran to the cornfield we laid on our stomachs which hurt really bad. We saw the police get out of the car armed and walked into the hotel with the guy that we had met.

The cops didn't leave the car running. "Maybe I can hot wire it" Alex said hopefully. "Here I'll walk over there casually and make sure there are no police if there are I will run to the opposite side of the cornfield and you run and get out and I will follow" I said. "Ok good plan but be careful" Alex said and I started walking off. I was walking towards the building where the car and I heard someone. But it was just a person coming out of the hotel because they no longer needed to stay. They smilied and waved so I waved back. They started walking towards me. "Hello do you know what's going on in there" the young man asked. "No" I said with a straight face but a little bit of a confused face so they would be convinced. "Well it turns out that a guy has kidnapped 3 girls and they are stuck in one of the hotel rooms" he said. "Oh wow" is all I managed to say. "Do you want to see a picture of the girls" he asked me. "Um no that's ok" I said if he has a picture and pulls it out while I'm standing right here I'm sure to get busted he was shuffling through his pockets and finally got a piece of paper out and started unfolding it. "Well I really have to go"I said as I started getting nervous.

"Hang on I got it" he said and his jaw dropped. "Its you" he said and pointed at me. I took off running to the field. He ran to the hotel and I heard him screaming. "Police Police I found one of the girls she's in the corn field" we have to go now. I ran to were Alex, Kat, and Jade were. They saw everything that happened. "Come on we have to go now but the corn will slow us down we have to run by the hotel and on the road its our only chance if the police come out zig zag while running that will make them afraid to shoot because they will be worried they will hurt you" Alex said and we took off running. We got to the hotel entrance right as the police were coming out. We ran faster and faster in hope of out running them but there was so many. We stayed quiet they hadn't seen us yet. But then I tripped in a hole. They heard me fall and I couldn't get up. "Alex just go" I screamed. And he stayed he threw me over his shoulder and continued running.

I saw people coming out of the hotel taking pictures. I knew this was going to be on the news my face will be noticed like a famous persons. I will never be able to go out in public again unless I am home with Taylor. But I'm not going home with her i will just run away. I like Taylor but Icant live with her anymore I'm not sure why but I just can't. While I was thinking Alex was still running but he tripped he fell to the ground and everything went black.
