I tossed and turned, but couldn't fall asleep.

It was killing me.

How could I be so oblivious!?

I got up and ran a hand threw my hair and walked downstairs.

The lights were all turned off.

I took out my phone and stood by the window and watched the rain drops go down the window.

I called Luke.

"Hello"? He answered.

"Hey" I said in a soft voice.

"Hey Tatum" He said with tiredness over his voice.

"U mm- How is.." I tried to say it but couldn't.

"River.....Well he's drunk out of his mind right now" Luke said.

I sighed "Really"?

"Yeah, James him got him now".

I closed my eyes shut "How long has this been going on"? I asked.

"He has to tell you that" Luke said.

I bit my lip.

"Just go to sleep Tatum, will handle this tomorrow" Luke said.

"Alright. Thank you Luke" I said.

"No problem, bye" He said and I hung up.

I walked back upstairs.

I groaned and ignored it.

"Lex she won't get up"! Max yelled.

"Come on Tatum" I heard Lex say.

I sat up and Max walked out.

"Didn't sleep well"? She asked.

"I didn't sleep at all" I said and rubbed my eyes.

She smiled sympathetically "This will all blow over, I promise".

I nodded and stood up.

I got ready then threw on a black sweatshirt and zipped it up, I pulled on skinny jeans and UGGS brown boots.

I slung my backpack over my shoulder and grabbed my skateboard.

I walked downstairs.

"Bye Honey" My mom hugged me.

"Bye mom" I said.

"Remember don't let him slip threw your fingers" She said.

I pressed my lips in a thin line then saying "I-I got to go before I'm late".

She nodded and I walked outside.

I put my skateboard down then putting my headphones in.

I put one foot on my skateboard and pushed off with my other foot and skated down streets and it was cold out.

God, I'm dreading school already.
