"Jake Banks you stand here yet again accused of drink driving and assault how do you plead ?".The judge looked at me expecting a look of remorse but all he got was my award winning smile then I said "Not guilty sir because that fucker got of light compared to what would have done if his brother had called the police ". Everybody in the audience and jury gasped with shock but the judge who knew me all to well knew this was nothing new and simply said "Jake when will you ever learn I hear by sentence you to 6 months in jail ". Wait what?! Now it was my turn to look shocked then suddenly my mum stood up from the audience and said "Please sir let him punish him another way it's only me and his brothers and we need him ". The judge paused and then said "Well how do you suggest he be punished then ?". My mum thought about it and I was never as never out about what my mum was going to say in my life then she spoke up and said "6 months of community service at the local hospice ". I was about to suggest house arrest but not this (thanks mum !) the judge had a smirk on his face and said "Okay 6 months of community service starting tomorrow and if you mess up this time your ass will be put back in jail you start tomorrow". After changing out of last nights clothes I made it down stairs where my best friends:Cain and Zack sat with my older brothers :Bailey,Austin and Tyler .Looking around the room I suddenly asked "Where's mum ?" Bailey looked at me and smirked " She went out with her friends so she can't save your ass this time now sit down !". ( I was never scared of Bailey to be honest it was always but I let him think that whenever I need him to ). I replied to him "Fuck off ,your not the boss of anyone not even your dog " .Suddenly I felt two hands pulling me over and throwing me onto the seat looking up I saw my two best friends ( traitors) looking down at me in disgust when I said " What the hell are you doing your meant to be my friends not theirs !".Cain said " Don't you dare fucking turn this on us what the hell happened to you last night ?!". I sighed and said " We went out last night remember (!) or did you forget that part ? ". I could see everyone was getting annoyed by answer but I wasn't going to stop ( this was to damn fun) The Austin stepped in ( the peacemaker of the family everybody knew him as the goody goody of the family ) and said "Yes we know that Jake but what we don't know is how you ended up in a ceil last night ". I sat up and finally said smirking " You guys were boring me so I decided to find my own fun ". Bailey sat up and said " You went to the Dog and cats last night didn't you ?"I nodded my head because I knew that even if I lied they wouldn't believe me so why try so I said " yeah and then after a while some girl came up to me and when started making out and then we had sex but when we came back we bumped in to their fiancé who wasn't to happy so we got into a fight and I would have won if they police had broken it up ".Zack was next to speak up "So let me get this right you risked going to jail all because you want to fuck some desperate slut ?" Think about it now it didn't seem worth it but I wouldn't let them know it so I just said "Yeah but to be fair she wasn't the first girl I fucked that night ".They all sighed and then Cain spoke up and said "One day you'll have to grow up and think there's more to life than this ". I was shocked by this considering Cain was once as bad as me so I said "You're one to talk you once fucked a whole club full of girls without a second thought so don't you dare start lecturing me !".Cain got up and said "Yeah but I changed I've had to look after my sister remember her ?!" .Cain sister had to live with him due to his father dying and his mum getting sick she was about 6 going on 7 but Cain had really stepped up when no one thought he would he really surprised a lot of people.Bailey said "Okay you got eat something and then go to sleep you can't miss your community service tomorrow, uncle Olly went to a lot of trouble getting you there ( yeah the judge is my uncle how do you think I got let of the hook so many times ?).with that I grunted and went up to bed and soon fell asleep ready to start hell tommorrow .
