Dakota Pov
It's been two hours after my little run in a with jake and I'm now watching a movie when suddenly my computer beeps saying I've got a call from kat. I paused the movie I was watching it was called The gift . After I clicked the answer button Kat popped on the screen she said "Hey, bitch how you doing have you settled in yet?" I sighed and said "Hey kitty kat , and im doing alright and nope." Kat laughed she knew what I was liked so she knew how to put up with me that's why we're best friends we both knew each other so well everyone at the hospital really thought we were related. Kat suddenly said "Don't worry you'll get used to it ,so are there any fit doctors or nurses ?". I stifled a smile because I have seen a couple of gorgeous doctors and nurses but then the though of Jake popped into my head and the smile suddenly disappeared and I returned to a confused kat and said "maybe ". Kat started chuckling and said "maybe ?????, is that all you can say ,I was expecting more details,spill". I chuckled and said " There gorgeous but there not my type ". Kat sighed and said "Dakota don't start that shit you haven't dated anyone since Will you need to loosen up ". I tensed at the mention at the name of Will but still said "I tried that and you know what happened,so drop it I just don't want date and besides what about Damian?". Kat blushed at the mention of Damian name and said "He's fine and don't change the subject were talking about this wether you want to or not "!. I thought about it and said "Nope it's you who's changing the subject why don't you ask him out you both obviously like each other so why not go for it "?. I said hopefully trying to detract her, Kat said "You think so ?,but I just don't want to ruin our friendship if he doesn't feel the same or if it doesn't work out ". I quickly replied with "Just take a chance because I know you and Damian are perfect so just grab your chance by the balls and take it ".Kat laughed at the end statement "Have you ever taken your own advice "?. We both laughed and then I said "nope" Kat then said "So no news then ?". I thought about it then told her about Jake and the whole situation and by the end kat was pissing herself from laughing and said "That's my girl , I've heard of him he goes with anything with a pluse the sluts and whores he been with is amazing and he's been in jail a couple of times ". I laughed and said "Really"?. Kat said "So what's he like" ?I scrunched up my face and said " He's concited, egotistical, a manwhore ,cocky and beau- I stopped myslef from speaking and said he's just annoying ".Kat wasn't going to let this go and said "You think he's nice don't you ?! I knew it get in there girl but just be careful ".I quickly stopped Kat from contuing and said Kat no I don't like him I hate him he's a player and plus I don't want to date anyone , so please just drop it ". Kat sighed but agreed and said "Fine ,I have to go Dakota my mum's coming round so i have to go but don't worry me and the rest are coming round in a couple of days to see you ". I smiled and said "Okay see you then and don't forget about Damian ". Kat smiled and said " And don't you forget you may be sick but your not dead have fun " and with that she gave me a wink and said "And if you bang a doctor I want to be the first to know ". And with that we said " Love you and bye " and with that I set my computer down and clicked resume on my movie .
