I looked up at the starry night sky above me , I was lying in my hammock swaying softly with my hands behind my head , it was a clear night and the moon was full and bright , glistening up my eyes along with anything it touched or reached. A smile played on my lips and my eyes fluttered shut , taking in all the noises nature provided me on this island.
I never thought anything good would come with this island but I was very wrong. I was granted with such things like this moment right now and many other magical things that are and were so amazing , words would not be able to describe. I was high up in the tree canopy so I wouldn't or couldn't be disturbed , I continued to sway on my hammock , my hair falling freely by my sides.
I have been on this island for around seven years and they went quite fast. I was brought here by a dark shadow all those years ago , I remember falling from quite a hight since the shadow dropped me on 'accident' and falling unconscious but to be woken up with boys surrounding me , murmuring with shocked expressions on their faces.
It all happened quite quick , being brought back to a small camp with all the boys saying "wait till pan sees this" I kept questioning them as to where I was and who was this 'pan' they spoke of but I never got replies back just them all rambling on how I was a girl and not a boy and more about this 'Pan'.
When I was in the camp there were more boys and when they all saw me they held the same shocked expression as did everyone.
"A girl?" A questioning almost disgusted voice rang out behind me. I whipped around to see a boy around my age , in all dark green clothing with a confused expression on his face with his arms crossed.
I copied his stance "Yah I'm a girl , you got a problem with that?" I asked him in the same tone. He seemed even more shocked and all the boys around us murmured.
"Do you know who I am?" He asked smirking slightly and shaking his head.
"I don't and I don't really care" I simply say , sighing at the end and rolling my eyes , not able for a fight.
He smiled further "I like this girl Felix" is all he said and walked away from me.
I remember shaking my head and mumbling under my breath before I sat on a log , that night I was told and informed everything about the island and the people it held. I found out about the boy in all green was 'Peter Pan' and that he was the king of this island that was called Neverland , I laughed hard. It was easy to tell that this boy had a cocky demeanour but I was told if I crossed him in any way I would regret it severely.
I was given the title of the first ever lost girl and I was set straight to work , Pan made it clear that just because I was a girl didn't mean I was gonna get any nice treatment from him , I would get the same jobs as the boys , sleep in the same area nothing new would come from my arrival. Which I was quite glad of because it would be gender equality for one , but there was no need for him to be such an asshole about it.
I myself had quite a short temper so it didn't take me long to have a fight with pan , he was both shocked and pissed that I made him a fool In front of his boys and made me suffer by adding more workloads.
He hated me and I him but we were to alike is many ways that it was inevitable to be friends. It took a long time for us to become friends believe me , it wasn't something that was going to change over night. But time is a healer , something we both learned and after a year and a half we came close friends.
A year later I became his first in command meaning anytime Peter was away I was I charge , some of the boys didn't like the idea , but I got help from Felix and he helped me out anytime the boys would try and take advantage of me.
