Michael has amazing tips about the Wattpad algorithm. It'll help you rise in the ranks.

#1: Update every 4-5 days. Update no lower than 4 or higher than 5. Just update at this time frequently.

#2: Reply to a comment. Always! Let me say it again, always reply to a reader's comment. You'll drop in rank if you don't reply in a few months. But reply quickly just to boost activity on your book.

#3: Vote storms and comment storms. Vote storms are when someone votes on every single part of your story. A comment is when someone comments on your story over and over and over... yeah, you get the idea. To encourage comments on your book, ask a question about the chapter to the readers at the end to encourage answers from them. And make sure you reply!
To encourage vote storms, ask the reader to vote and comment politely at the end of the chapter so they now how important these votes and comments are to the author.

So for now on, I will be updating every 4-5 days to catch on with the algorithm, and get higher rankings. I sure you, this will get you good rankings, and get you on the Hot List. Even get a higher than a Featured Story too.
