When I arrive home my mum asks me how my day went, but I don't tell her the truth I say that it was fine, when really I'm looking forward to the holidays, 6 weeks of freedom, and they are only 4 weeks away. I grab a banana and go up to my room, mumbling something about homework. My mum thinks I always have homework, but I don't really, I get it all done in the library at lunch time. I sit on my bed and boot up my laptop. Turns out I didn't turn it off properly this morning as it opens instantly with Facebook, and a new message from this boy.
Duncan Fleet: hey, how was school?
I smile at this, he came up as somebody I !might know a couple of weeks back, we had mutual friends that were in my tutor at school, thinking that he was someone in my year I didn't know I added him, but it turned out he is two years above, in his first year of 6th form, at the same school.
Tessa Marsh: Shit, as always, hbu?
Duncan Fleet: terrible, just couldn't wait to get home so I could talk to you
Tessa Marsh: awhh Duncan, that's so sweet
Duncan Fleet: I try! Lel
Tessa Marsh: you and that bloody word! Its not lel its lol!! God you drive me mad sometimes
Duncan Fleet: haha but you love me really!
Tessa Marsh: Duncan, we've never met, how on earth can I be in love with you?!
Duncan Fleet: we should change that, meet up sometime ;)
Tessa Marsh: when are you gonna stop flirting?!
Duncan Fleet: now, as this game of Minecraft hunger games is starting! Talk too you in a bit!
With that I close his messages and scroll through my news feed. More about new albums coming out next year, fall out boy have one, bring me the horrizon have one, it will be a good year, unfortunately it's more than 6 months away.
After an evening of crazy talk with Duncan, I lay on bed and read till I fall asleep, I'm not too sure when I fell asleep, but it was filled with nightmares, and I just wished I could have been able to read a little longer, sleep a little less. It was a rough night.
