The huge ball of dark energy surrounded by lightning was thrown away towards the charging angel. It was coming in contact with the girl’s sword in great speed. Fast.

“Nyannyan… don’t you… dare… LEAVE ME!!!”

--------- FLASHBACK ---------

I saw her seated on an empty couch looking outside the window with her palm supporting the weight of her head leaned against her jaw. Her eyes focused outside giving a big sigh. It was late night and there she was alone spending time on a 24hr café beside the beach. She sure knows a lot of good place.

“Nyannyan…” I disturbed her moment.

“Yuu…chan…” Her eyes widened seeing me. “Wh-what brought you here?”

“I’m looking for you.” I answered with a smile. “You don’t have a date right?”

“Y-yeah…” her smile is weak and sad as she plays on her fingers. “How’s your date?”

“I didn’t go.” I replied and sat opposite her seat.

She looked back outside the window and stare. “I see.”

“Wanna go out?” I invited without hesitation. “…my treat.”

Her eyes rolls down and beamed a smile. “Nah~ my treat.” She answered back and stood up grabbing my hand. Our fingers intertwined as she pulled me away. “I know a good place.”

“Hmmm~”

“Y-you didn’t like it?” she commented sounding a little frustrated.

“N-no.. no~” I sat down on the sand and feel the refreshing wind from the sea breeze. “I never thought you’d bring me to the sea side.”

“I love this place.” She sat beside me and has her eyes watch the waves. “The tide… the sound calms me.”

“I see…” My eyes closed and feel the breeze once more. “Nyannyan…”

“Hmm?”

“I’m happy being with you.” She remained silent. “Stay by my side.”

“I will.”

“Forever?” I shift my eyes towards her direction. I see her still focused on the waves.

“Always.”

It feels like everything turned into slow motion. Her hair beautifully dancing with the breeze enchants me, making me feel like I was in a movie with a gentle song playing on the background as I watch her. My heart beats fast. Doki. Doki. It says. My palms that are resting over my arms slowly clenched as my chest starts to get excited over the beauty that is in front of my eyes. Her head turned to face me. Blood rushed and redden my cheeks.

“The tide has turned.” She whispered.

Her big brown eyes met mine, trapping it with her gaze. There were no words but the way it focused on mine conveys messages which tell me things that she wants to say. Warm breath starts to meet my skin as her face lean closer on mine. My heart wants to escape from the muscles that contain it as I feel it jumping uncontrollably inside. Her lips, it’s getting closer… and closer. I move not an inch as my eyelids covers my eyes holding my breath. My hands slide down to the ground.

“I’ll always be… with you.” She whispered breathing into my lips.

I felt warm soft muscles pressed against my lips along with her palm on my cheek. She was warm and calming, just like how the sound of the waves makes me feel at this moment. I can hear the water splash along the shore accompanied with the wild beating of my heart as my thoughts turned blank. It was a mixture of cool, sweet, and hot tingly taste as I answered her kiss with me pushing her lips back with mine, breathing into her to reach her. Nose grazed against mine as we tilt our heads. The feel of her hand sliding against my cheek towards the strands of my hair is as smooth as how her kisses slides and play on my top and bottom lips. My hands that are leaning on the sand to support my body clenches into fist as I feel her breath fill my lungs. I can hear me scream I love you at the back of my head, screaming so loud that it’s deafening me. At this moment, it’s the only thing that matters. I wanna hear it. I wanna hear her say it.
