It's the middle of the day and we are at lunch . It's just about over .

"Dayummmn niah you been on the phone with that boy of yours all lunch."
Mariah said as I sat down my phone

"Haha yeah whateva "
I joked and smiled .

"What's his name again anyways adrean or something' "
She asked while picking at her mashpotatoes.

"Aiden baby , its Aiden "
I said smiling , just the sound of his name makes my stomach bubble......o lord .

"No ma'am, you need to be stopped "
Mariah said .

*the bell rung *

"Oh shit thats my cue"
Mariah said .

"Haha child you a mess bye"
I said while walking towards the trash with my tray .

"Bye babe text meeee"
She yelled back while walking away .

"Okay bye "
I said as im walking to the trash can .

I can't believe me and Aiden are actauly on a steady pace ,but what are we , I don't think were together .
I guess .....best friends who like each other possibly .

But hell this school year need to be over with we have two more months then I'm fuckin graduating thank god .

"Aye niah"
Derrell yell from down the hallway , he slowly apoached me then smirked .

"What in hell do you want , I don't feel like talking I gotta go to class"
I told him as I began to walk off and close my locker .

"Hey hey stop"
He said as he grabbed my arm and turned me around to face him .

"Why?, what if I don't "
I said struggling to break free from his hands .

"Well dammit I'll make you stop , just listen to what I have to say "
He said now looking concerend
I began to actually care what he had to say .

"What is it ?"
I said

"Well um first of all I just wanted to say that I'm so sorry for what I did in the car ik you didn't want me at the time , hence I say at the time but its just ........niah I feel like I can see us in a relationship together , basicly I really really wanna be with you "

Derrell said while stroking my left arm , just the thought of Derrell being serious and concerned about my well being made me feel , some what empathy for him .

"Come on Derrell, you know good and well now that I only see you as a friend and I feel like it would be to Idk wierd with us dating "
I confessed , to be honest I actually liked him when we were in 6th grade but he started to go with my friend and that hurt me , so I never liked him again .

But how come when I stop liking him he wanna like me , come on jesus stop playing games with me .

"I don't care if its weird or not I just really feel like in the end you gonna end up wanting me back that's a promise "
Derrell said as we go closer to my class .

"Umm Idk"
I said hesitantly.

"Exactly , just give it time niah I'll prove to you that we need together cause that's all I truly want from you "
He said while smiling .

"Okay whateva I have to go "
I said while walking into the classroom

Derrell said and short waved at me .

Ughhhh whyy is this boy making me loose my mind .

The bell just rung for dismissal , that god , I was sick and tired of this hell hole.

I'm just walking down the hall when I see Derrell and he winks and me and smiles......no no noooo.

Whateva I'm out of her I'm finna just get my black ass out of this school before I loose my mind .

All of sudden I feel my back pocket vibrating , who in hell is texting me .

Aiden - hey don't you go to east coast high school ?

I'm just thinking like why in hell he need to know what school I go to .

Niah- um yeah why .
Aiden - oh okay good then walk outside and look to the left of the parking lot .

I feel like i already know how this gonna go he gonna be standing there all happy dory with a flower , ugh how corny .

Niah- um okay ?

I started to walk out the building and looked over to the left side of the parking lot and to my suprise he actually wasnt there .

Aiden - keep walking forward your almost here .

What ?

Niah- almost where I see nothing but empty cars .

I just kept walking past a really nice car , who ever own that is lucky as hell.

All of a sudden ........

"AHHHHHHHHH"
Aiden yelled as he just from behind the car I was talking about a few seconds ago .

I screamed to the top of my lungs I almost shit myself.

"Aha your scary ass , I got you good didn't I "
He asked while still choking on a constant laugh he was trying to let out .

How dare he .

"No fuck you I was about to throw this book bag at you hoe"
I yelled into his face .

"Awe I'm sorry babe , I was just foolin with you okay let me take you to get something to eat how that sound ?"
He asked as he wrapped his arm over my shoulder and lead me to his car .

"Mhm okay , I could eat "
I said while looking up at him.

We just got done eating Aiden took me to Zaxbys .
It was so relaxing just being with him alone and no other cares in the world.

"Was it good babe ?"
He asked me asked we walked back to the car .

"Yeah of course , its my favorite place "
I said as he opened the passenger side door for me .

"Good , good I just wanna show you how much I care "
He said while smiling and closing the door .

He got inside the car on the drivers side and began to pull out of the parking lot.

We rode in silence , a comfortable silence ,a silence that makes you glad that its silent.

I learned a lot about Aiden as we ate , Derrell gonna have to get over himself cause I think I found the one ...

He looked over at me smiled then rubbed my thigh as we rode back to my house .
