Mariah pov

As I'm staring at Niah while she's reading my messages between my dad and I, I notice her eyes get wider and teary eyed. "My parents " I said she looked at me as if she just saw the holy ghost. I really hope not. "I can't belive something like this could happen to you Mariah , like what really happened." She said while still looking at my screen. "Well basicly my dad told me about how him and her where arguing about some type of bills. When my mom got super heated she decided to storm out the door to my grandma's house. As she was on her way , a right turn was coming up but her eyes were too teary from the crying and the tantrum she was throwing, so she smashed into a electrical pole and the car flipped over. " Reaniah stepped back and rubbed the back of her head in confusion "So she's .....gone?" She asked "Ohh no no no, she's at the hospital my dad said he's coming to pick me up in about 15 mins. " I saw that she look sad that I had to leave but I was planing on asking her if she wanted to come with us, but I just remembered . Why did she think that me and Xzavier it's not like we ever get in a argument . At least once a week that's not bad right it's normal relationship things I think. "Heyy hold on a quick second why you thought it was about Xavier like we have relationship problems?"

"Oh it's just that y'all really do get in alot of arguments so I just assumed" She said

"Argument? What?"
"Yes it's like 24/7 and it's kind of arguing will y'all ever like just be a happy couple for once? " she said while she played with her nails and that's how okay when she's nervous to say something. "WELL OKAY THEN WE WILL SINCE YOU THINK WE HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS I'LL SHOW YOU " As I yelled at her I hopped off the sink counter and went back to the large stall and grabbed my stuff..When we was walking out the bathroom Niah had the nerves to cut her eyes at me. All I did was flick her off and walk down the hallway to find Xavier. As soon as I pass Mrs. Claudette class I made eye contact with him at the end of the hall with Derrell I couldnt make out what they were saying. "Hey babe " Xzavier said while he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me to stand infront of him he had a big smile on his face till he saw my eyes red and tissue in my hands. "...ayee what's up with you why you look like you been crying " He said while playing with my ponytail. " I have to tell you later I have to go to class and it's a long story " I said while pulling away from a small kiss he left on my forehead. "Okay babe I'll talk to you later" He yelled as I walked into class. Before I even barely made it I'll brother the class I got a text from Reaniah saying "Hey I'm so sorry for what I did I really didn't mean to hurt your feelings when it came to you and his relationship it's none of my business " I quickly replied " Hey it's okay Niah I shouldn't had yelled at you like you was trash when you was just telling me. But do you wanna come with me to the hospital in 5 mins when my dad picks me up?" I tapped my foot on the edge of my chair rapidly after about 30 seconds Niah replied "Oh uh sure anything foe you " See that right there is why me and Reaniah are friends now. "Okay thank you Bye "
About 5 mins later they annocced Mariah Phipps and Reaniah for early dismissal . As I walked towards the office I caught up with Niah and told her to bring her bald headed self on even though hee hair is way longer than mine, by like 10 inches. "Whateva where ya daddy at lil girl?" She asked as she stuffed her binder into her boobag.We got into the car and I said hi to my dad so did niah. It was one of those super silent rides where no one talks or breaths hard. About 10 minutes later we made it to the hospital, I was so nervous of what could be awaiting me next in that room.

Reaniah pov

As we were going up the elevator you could feel the tension between mariah and her daddy. I was scared bald .I promise if they start fighting I'm going to be out of her smoke on my shoes I tell yah. We dumbly made it to the room door and I opened it Mrs.Philip layed there not a move in the world. By the look on everybody face I felt as if it was over but the nurse told us only that she broken both legs and spawned her wrist. Sadley she want be able to walk anymore. "WHAT, what do you mean shes will be imcappable of everyday walking? " Mariah basicly shouted at the nurse. "Oh ma'am she will be in a wheel chair as long as we know it. "Why is there any other plans?" She asked "I'm sorry but no" We decided that there where no other options it's a done deal.
