Then Bridget stopped me

"hey do you want to be bffs?"

"Um ya shure i'd like to" I answered "um hey Bridget do you want to head back?"

"ya thats a good idea". when we got home my parents and hers were putting thing things away "Mom can i show Bridget our house i really want her to see my room" i pleaded.

"Ya shure but not too long ok?"

"thanks come on then and trust me looks can be decieving" i said as we walked in

"I bet this place is awesome" said Bridget.

"Come on lets go upstairs i want to show you my room"

"so did you find the attic yet?" she asked me.

"Yes why did you think i asked for you to see the house?" i replied we got to my room and i motioned her in then shut the door.

"Whoah is that it?" asked Bridget

"Im pretty shure " i said

"i want to go in but i want you to come with me" said Bridget.

"Fine!" i said i opened my drawer and took the key with it i unlocked the door. we looked at eachother with our hands we swept away the cobwebs and stepped in helping one another. Then the attic door shut and we both scteamed we heard a voice

'MAMMA?'

"find a light!" i said frantically

"found one!" shouted Bridget she turned it on and we took a deep breath.

"Lets look for the chest" Bridget told me we looked in every one but never found anything interesting.

"woah look at this one" i motioned to Bridget

"thats it thats the one that was shown on the news long time ago i remember"

"Are you shure?" i questioned.

"Positive" "AAAAAH!" screamed Bridget "i felt something a cold hand grab me!"

"Lets get out of here i said in return. And with that i turned off the light and we carefully got out of the attic and back to my room.

Bridget sat on my bed astonished i sat down beside her

"Its ok it was probably just your imagination"

"No it wasnt i know what i felt it was her pulling me i know it". "So are we gonna tell your parents about it?" asked Bridget

"No never theyd never believe me theyd think i was imagining or something."

"Are you going to tell yours?" i asked Bridget

"No probably best not to they wouldnt believe me theyd think i were going crazy"

"GIRLS?!" my Dad called up "ITS TIME FOR BRIDGET TO GO!"

"Bye i said hugging my best friend she walked out the door. It was a couple minutes later Bridget had gone and i was now sitting on my bed when i saw a light flicker on from the attic. *Dont pannic Lilly* i kept telling myself *Its just your imagination* I turned back to my word search then i heard a faint voice comming from the attic.

'IIIM reeeeaaaady'

"Mom dad was that you?" i shouted down at them

"what do you mean?" i heard my mom say.

"Dad this isnt funny!" i shouted

"Lilly your dads not home hes gone called in late for work tonight can i help you with anything?"

i ignored her *be brave * i told myself i looked at the time my clock read 9:45 i walked over to the attic door and opened it BANG!

"AAAAAH!" i screamed I looked in the attic and all aroung me . . . nothing.

"Lilly was that you?" my mom shouted up at me.

"No wasnt that you?" i questioned

"no" my mom said.

scarred i stepped into the attic and shure enough the light was on and the chain was moving back and forth i walked over to the chest opened it and

"AAAAAAH!" I screamed there was blood. blood all over inside the chest. The chest slammed shut on my hand as i yelped in pain. I ran turned off the light and shut the attic door and locked it. I screammed even more cause there infront of me was ~ My mom

"Geese mom you scared me" i said

"why were you in the attic? and whats all the screaming for?" she asked.

" i wanted to ... explore and i scteamed cause i saw a rat" i lied.

"Theres school tommorow so hop in bed" i slouched i looked over to the clock 10:56 "Im called the school told them what size you take so they dropped off your uniform a couple hours ago" said my mom leaving.

I put on my fussy PJ bottoms and a pink tank brushed my teeth and climed in bed terrified of what had all just happened. And in the night i thought i heard a faint voice call out

"My name is Isabella."

A/N: sorry everyone i havent updated in a while but i had allot going on lately. I also got grounded and my mom took my phone away so i wasnt able 2 update Sorry! Chapter three will be comming soon so in the meantime
