I call the number.
"Um, hello?" I mumble.
"Adrian Holder," comes the reply, your voice low and warm.
"I'm Angie," I say, my voice airy.
"I know."
Silence.
"So, tell me about yourself," you laugh quietly.
"I don't know anything about you,"
"Hm. Where do you live?"
"On campus," The campus was tiny, but for some reason had a dorm crammed into it.
"7:30," you decide. "I'll be there."
It was a school night.
