Chapter seven.

Beaus POV.

"Is that all done yeah?" I said to the boys.

"Yep! All good!" Luke called as he peered around the side of the camera. I nodded and stood up from the single stool in front of the white wall of our hotel room. As all the boys moved over to the bed where Luke was plugging in the camera to download the footage I just filmed Jai peered back at me.

"Beau, you better tweet everyone asking for their video clips. If we're ever gonna get this finished by Saturday we need to start getting the fans to send it all in!"

"Oh yeah!" I walked over to my bedside table, picked up my phone and opened up twitter.

"Are you sure granddad is up to it?" I asked peering round from the telly raising my eyebrow at my brothers.

"Yes! Look he won't make it to Oscars real birthday. He told us himself he wanted to do this!" Mark said looking at me.

"Yeah and it will be a good chance to see all the family you haven't seen for a while!" Tom added.

"But this Saturday? It's a bit last minute! That gives us 3 and a half days to organise it all..?" They looked sheepishly at each other. Then back to me.

"Well... We have been organising this for about a week already... You were too shocked about the results of your tests... We didn't want to stress you out... Given your... Condition..." I just laughed at them.

"Okay... But you have to give me back my phone!" I said folding my arms in front of me with a pout.

"Don't know what you mean..." Tom muttered.

"Seriously? You guys are the worst liars! My phone goes missing so I have to use my laptop more then that goes... It's not rocket science!" I said laughing at their guilty expressions.

"Fine we have them!" Mark sighed.

"But we're not giving them back!" He added.

"And why not?" I asked, actually getting annoyed now.

"Because you'll only go on twitter and check up on Beau. You stay in that room for days just staring at his twitter and at their YouTube channel. You don't get them back till your ready!" Tom answered. Wow okay... That was like a kick in the gut...

It was Saturday. Today, the twins had organised a family gathering. Half for a welcome home to me but also for a early birthday celebration for Oscars birthday next month. All my family where going to be there and it was a posh thing. There would be a dinner and then a dance after, I most likely wont stay that late at the party as I don't feel like celebrating with my husband miles and miles away carrying on with his life like me and him never even met let alone got married and had a child. I loosely curled my hair and applied more make-up than normal to hide the bags under eyes. I still couldn't sleep, not without Beau. I got a bit of sleep the other night as Oscar crawled into bed with me and its like having a part of Beau with me I guess. But still I can't sleep through the whole night. Walking over to my wardrobe I slipped on the floor length purple silk dress that me and Mark had brought when we went shopping yesterday. I slipped on simple heels, grabbed my clutch bag and walked out to see my little man in his uncles arms. They all stopped and stared at me.

"Wow Rose!" Mark muttered letting his mouth drop open.

"You look stunning sis!" Tom said hugging me.

"Lets get going then! Wouldn't want to be late for our own party now, would we?" I laughed ruffling up Oscars hair as he squirmed in Marks arms. Walking out the front door and into the taxi I couldn't help but think of how much I wanted to run back in side, pull on a hoodie and cry my self to sleep.

Toms POV.

As we arrived at the small venue near Grandad's house we all got out the taxi. Roses dress was stunning, it hung off her shoulders perfectly and the backless dress really showed off her new found skinny figure. I wasn't overjoyed that she had lost so much weight, but the doctor had reassured us she'd put it back on in no time. Thinking about it, of course she will! I just hope this works... If it doesn't then I have a strange suspicion that she'll run off to dads in France. While she doesn't exactly like our father his house in the south of France had always been a good place to run away to. And it wouldn't be the first time she'd run away from her family... Look at how Beaus had to chase her across the world to sunny old England.

God I hope this works!

We spent the first hour speaking to everyone, saying hello, the normal crap. Everyone said how much Oscar had grown. I felt like say something along the lines of:

'Well if you took the time to visit the poor kid in Australia like me and Mark did then it wouldn't be such a drastic growth spurt!' But I refrained from actually saying it just about. I kept checking the clock the whole way through dinner. I guess Mark knew what I was thinking as he lent over and whispered in my ear.

"Don't worry! It'll work perfect!"

Rose caught us whispering and gave us a questioning look but I just smiled and shook my head, telling her it wasn't important. I wriggled around my tie a bit. God I hated ties and suits! Their always so dam tight. I checked the time on my phone one last time and saw it was time. Opening up my phone I sent a message to Beau and the same to Ella, my older sister.

To: Beau, Ella

Sent: 18:32

All systems go! Hope this bloody works!

I saw Ella check her phone. She read it then smiled up at me and I nodded. She stood up with her glass and tapped it with her knife.

Here goes nothing.

Rose's POV.

My sister stood up and tapped her knife to a glass of water, she'd already told me she was pregnant so no guessing why she's not drinking. I didn't know there was going to be speeches tonight. My eyes flickered over to Mark and Tom. They just smiled but it didn't quite reached their eyes, they were worried. Turning back to my sister she soon had the attention of the whole room.

"Hi everyone! I just wanted to say a massive Happy Birthday to my beautiful, handsome, charming nephew Oscar." She pointed to him sitting next to me and every clapped a little.

"Also it's good to have you home sis!" She said winking at me. I thought she was gonna sit down but she didn't.

"There are a few people missing tonight. Who really wanted to say something, so if you could all look to the left, we have a video clip we'd all love you to watch... It was made by Oscars uncles, with help from a few others, so please sit back and enjoy!" What? I turned to my left and saw the waiters fiddling with a laptop which was rigged up a projector. I turned to look at Mark and Tom but they just grinned at me and gestured for me to watch the screen. The lights above us turned out and the clip started.
