Twitches?

After I got out of the hospital, I put my clothes on and I had to go back to my house -which I hated-, where my mother, sister, and drunk father was. Basically my dad just brings his lazy ass in the house and starts beating us...I hated it, I mean who wouldn't. As Danny was walking me home, I heard a voice, and it wasn't Danny's because it said," kill her, come on...just butcher her." I looked behind me and saw no one, I looked back ahead and Danny was looking at me...confused. We were close to my house, then me and Danny started talking.
She said,"so do you like your family?"
I answered easily," no,"
"why,"
"he beats me..."
We were at my house, but before I could take a step on the front lawn, she grabbed my wrist and said, " what do you mean 'he' and 'beat'?"

Damn it, I forgot I said that...Toby, what the fuck, dude, she's probably going to get the police and arrest my father...then he'll hurt me the most..

"oh, did I say that, well I mean he bribes my sister, it's really annoying," she looked at me, I really wish she'd just take it...she then replied," okay, but here," she handed me a piece of paper, it had numbers on it. Was this her, number? She then said," if you have any trouble, call me," I smiled and walked inside. As I was closing the door, I saw Danny's smiling face turn into a frown. I walked into the living room and saw my father screaming at my sister, my sister in the couch, my father sitting in a chair...most likely drunk. I walked into the kitchen I was stopped, by my dad. He screamed at me,"TOBY, WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?!?" I stopped and turned my head slowly, I said with a somewhat insane smile," I'm going to see were mom is, so just get your sorry drunk ass out of my business," his face became enraged, by the look on his face he looked like he wanted to kill me. Instead he beat me -with his fists-, it hurt. When he was done, I walked into the kitchen and saw my mother, she was making dinner. She called out to me," Toby, dear, can you go take the ax and put it in the garage," I obeyed her and took the axe and set it down in the garage. I then walked to my room but my father was screaming at me while I was walking to my room. I went in my room, closed the door, and locked it. I took out my phone -from my jeans- and took earphones from my bed, plugged the earphones in my phone, turned on some music, and fell asleep.

I woke up and had to go to school. I was happy because I wanted to see Danny again. I walked to my bus and waited for the bus to arrive. The bus arrived and I got in. I started talking to one of my friends, Jake, we were talking about the book he gave me, and how I really liked it, but when I was, I felt my head twitching and when it did I stuttered. "So anyways I r-r-r-really like your book, even t-t-t-t-though it was devastating, I-I-I-I found it fascinating." Jake looked at me, confused. He asked,"are you twitching on purpose or.." I was confused, I asked," what the f-f-f-fuck are you talking about," I realized that I was ticking...mental disorder? I looked at him my eyes wide. I saw we arrived at school, and when we did, I ran to the bus door -when it opened- and ran out the bus. I ran in the school getting everything over with. Then lunch came, I sat next Danny and we talked about what had happened in the hospital. " When I was talking to you, you were holding your head...like you had a headache...then that machine, the one that tells your heart beat...you know the one that goes bat shit crazy when the person is dying, anyways it was doing it...it was like you were dying...I quickly grabbed the nurse and entered. The machine was in one tempo....a long, painful beep." I looked at her and wondered "how was the machine saying I was dead...was it that man" as I thought and thought, I couldn't help but talk, I know I tick when I talk....but would Danny think I was a freak...would she see me as the same boy I was.. I tested that and said, " any idea w-w-w-why the machine was doing t-t-t-that?" My friends then stopped eating and looked at me, Danny just stared at me. She then said," I don't know...hmm, maybe you did die, or pass out, but are you okay...did something happen at the hospital that makes you tick?" I then said," I honestly don't k-k-k-know, it just happened on t-t-t-the bus," she looked at me like I was still the same, seeing her beautiful blue eyes stare into my soul...then a laughing jock pointed at me and screamed to make sure everyone could hear," LOOK TOBY IS TWITCHING, WHAT A FREAK!!!" I looked at everyone around me and they were laughing and pointing at me. I stood up and ran out the cafeteria, having anger in my mind and wanting to run home to my mom....but I fear my father. So I went into the parking lot and sat on the sidewalk. Danny ran up to me and said," hey, are you okay?" I looked at the sun..." yeah, I'm just gonna burn m-my eyes out," I said while squinting my eyes. Danny laughed and said," well don't be sad about what those people said back there." She walked away to go back to the cafeteria, I then scream to her," Hey, t-thanks for checking on me..." she stared at me and ran to me, then kissed me on the cheek, then ran to go back to lunch.
