Hello! Sorry for the extremely long wait but it's here now. Welcome to Chapter 5. Now let the story begin.

Hibiki's POV

The cold hard concrete floor was even colder from the chilly day. I could feel it pulsing through my body when it slammed into my face. Or should I say I slammed into it when I tripped over a small dog running around my legs. I sat up on the pavement with a knee up and the other leg resting down. I looked at the small Siberian husky and sighed as it barked and panted happily and, to me, it looked like it was smiling. It showed off its canines with its doggy smile. It looked quite cute. It also made me forget about my thoughts on the mysterious girl I saw a few nights ago. I still wonder and I shall forever. I waved my hand in front of my nose from its dog breath.

"Hey little one, you made me fall over." I looked down at my dusted up red plaid pants and my bag dropped a few centimetres away from me.

I grabbed my bag and stood. I dusted my pants off and fixed the scarf around my neck, it was a bit of a chore as the wind kept blowing it in my face. I looked down at the small dog.

"Go on, go home now. I'm going to be late for school." I told the dog.

I sighed as the dog stayed in place and wagged its little black with a white tip tail.

"Go on. Go home, it's very cold here." I said shooing the dog with my hands.

I turned its head staring at me with its aqua blue eyes, it was adorable but not mine. I sighed and crouched down.

"You're not going are you?"

The husky came close and put its head under my hand. I sighed and rubbed it behind the ears.

'Guess you're going to have to come with me.'

I got up and I couldn't resist the bright aqua eyes it had.

'Yes you're coming with me.' I thought with a sigh.

I started walking and I heard the 'pit pat' 'pit pat' of the husky's paws on the pavement. I looked at the dog that followed steadily on my right in thought.

'Who do you belong to? Good thing you're a husky. Otherwise you would be shivering.' I looked forward and as the wind blew I glanced back at the dog, it drew closer to me. My eyes went straight ahead just in case another dog came charging at me. 'Still a puppy. Not use to the cold.'

I scanned the area quickly and only a few people were around. It was still early so I didn't expect anyone to be around except for other students. The chilly wind blew at me and the chill tiptoed up my spine.

'It's cold. It's going to be warmer soon in June.' (A/N if you don't know, June to August has high temperatures and March to May is relatively clear with low rainfall but because they are kind of close to mountains it's a bit cold sometimes. And be in mind Hibiki did come in in the middle of the year.) I saw the bricks of the school ahead and I stopped, my gaze fell on the dog.

"What am I going to do with you?" I muttered whilst the dog yapped.

I bent down and patted its head.

"Do you know tricks?"

The dog didn't move, but came closer as the cold air came by and whispered in my ear. The wind hugged the husky in its eerie chill. I out stretched my hand and hovered it over the husky to wait its approval. I slowly lowered it to pat the husky's back, it was calm and so I picked the dog up and held it close to my chest. It struggled to get free for a moment but calmed from my hand scratching the back of its ears, it seemed to love that spot.
