Three Trouble Makers

Chapter 5

Lily POV
I just told them my name. Why did I do that? Doesn't matter now. What matters is to get these two out of here safe.

I shot more stormtroopers and saw them fall. The girl with dark blue hair joined and shot a few with her blaster. The boy who I think is her brother started to shoot some down as well. At first it all was going well.

"Man these guys have no aim.", I commented. The two laughed, but it only lasted for a couple of seconds. A blast shot the boy in his right shoulder and he fell back. "Ow. You jinxed it Lily.", he said jokingly.

The three of took cover and the girl said, "Ezra are you okay?" So the guy's name is Ezra, make a note of that. "Yeah I'm okay. It just hurts to move my shoulder.", he said as he tried to lift it up. He grunts in pain as he does so. The girl gently puts his arm back and tells him to relax.

Blasts were coming closer to range. The girl although looked like she has an idea. "Ezra, I know this might sound crazy but I have healing powers so I can heal your wound." I was shocked, I didn't know that ability was real. "Wait since when do you have healing powers?", Ezra asked. "I just found out, but I can still help you.", she answered. Ezra was skeptical but he asked me, "Can you handle the rest of those bucket heads until were done here." I nodded in agreement and took both of my blasters out. I stood pretty close to our cover but also far enough so I could see. I shot every bucket head that was in sight.

Ezra's POV
First I meet a girl that I don't know but somehow feel a connection to her, then I get shot in my shoulder, and now I find out that my sister has healing powers? This had just been a real dandy day. Lily is giving us cover while Luna used her power to heal the shoulder.

I see Luna concentrating as her hands hover over the wound. Light begins to glow from Luna's hands to my wound  and I feel it getting better. As that progresses, I notice the girl shooting blast after blast without blinking an eye. For a girl on the streets, she's got some skill with a blaster. I wonder if she would make a great addition to the team. I suddenly feel Luna getting weaker as the wound get better, that's not a good sign. I take Luna's hands and tell her, "Luna stop! You're draining your energy!"

She hears me and stops but faints afterwards. I try to wake her by shaking her and saying her name. "Luna. Luna wake up. We have to go!" Lily looks back at us and asks in full concern and worry, "Is she alright?" I answer back with, "I don't know. Can you help lift her on her feet? My shoulder isn't completely healed." She nodded and left her place to put one of Luna's arms around her shoulder while I did the same to her other arm. We ran at a good pace away from the gun fire we then jump to ground and hid in a small alley way.

We watched as the bucket heads passed us without even looking towards the alley we were. 'Wow they really are idiots', I thought to myself and manage to laugh a bit. Soon Lily starts to laugh as well like she knew what I was thinking. My mind spins trying to figure who is this girl. Back there she saved our skins at least twice which is odd for someone you just met in the streets. The other thing was her voice was laced with worry and concern for Luna yet we know nothing about her and she knows nothing about us. It just feels strange yet it also feels like it was meant to happen.

I noticed Luna was starting to wake up. Her eyes were fluttering open and she was moaning. "Luna are you alright?", I asked. She began to stand and say "Yeah I'm okay." Lily looked at the entrance of the alley and said, "Come on they're gone." I was about to step out but then I asked, "Wait how do you know for sure?" She smiled and replied, "Let's just say I know things before other people do." I looked at Luna and she shrugged, then just to be sure I used the force to sense any stormtroopers near us. The girl was right, there was nothing. I stepped out of the ally after Lily and Luna came after me.

"Alright so what's the plan?", Luna asked. I was trying to think but I had nothing. "I don't know, I mean we can try to find a place to hide out until we've all got some rest." Luna then said, "Well good idea but where would we go? I mean the Ghost is pretty far out and I don't have any hiding places where the Empire wouldn't check." Well then we're stumped. What are we suppose to do? Lily then spoke up. "I know a place where we could hide out. No one knows this place but me. Not even the Empire."

Good deal. Luna and I started to talk about it real quick quietly. "Well what do you think?", my sister asked. "So far she's helped us out so why not give it another shot.", I answered. "Besides I have a good feeling about this kid." Luna looked at me and said, "I agree."

We got back to Lily and I said, "Alright. Lead the way kid." She smiled and said, "Okay by the way you two don't mind going through the sewers do you?" I smiled and Luna laughed. "Sewers a problem for us? Nah.", Luna said. Lily laughed. "Alright, let's go."

We followed her to sewage pipe and she took out a remote and pressed a button to open the hole. "After you two.", she says. Luna and both jumped down then Lily came to join us. She closed it with a button on her remote. "Lead the way Lil.", I said. She nodded and Luna and I immediately followed her to where she was going.
