Him

" are you new here?" He asked scratching his head with his long fingers.
" yes I am I have came here to look for a new future." I responded.
I looked around the store and it had wolf skins hidden under shelves and other furry animal skins hanging on the walls. He grabbed my hand and pulled me to a room that had a grey sign saying clothes for free.
" look through these three buckets and choose what you would like!" He exclaimed with a smile on his face. Walking over to a brown cardboard box, I picked up a green shirt that had long sleeves and holes for your thumbs. I set it aside in a pile I thought would fit me. I reached for another shirt that had bold words in pink that said keep calm and sleep on. Laughing inside I set that in a maybe keep pile.
Later I had 3 piles ones that I loved ones that fit and ones that I don't like. The pile that was going to fit me I took to a changing room to the side of the small room. I closed the squeaky wooden door and started trying on the clothes. A shirt that was purple fit very well but when I looked in the mirror it was too saggy. Trying on a few more shirts I decided to take one that was violet and was a V neck.
Walking back out I put all the shirts back In the box and moved on to another box which was labeled pants. Looking in that box I started to find leggings that were in many colors. I took a few to the changing room and started to try them on. A pair of black leggings fit me better than all the others. When I walked back out I smelled something really good. It smelled like beef with fresh lemon juice and chicken piled on it.
The boy came running up to me and asked me the most important question of all.
" I never got you to tell me your name. What is it?"
Replying back I said," My name is Alice Moonso..." I paused and thought of making up a last name because he might think that my name was a wolf name. Which it is but I don't want him knowing.
" Alice Daw!" I said again in a shaky voice. " yup, that's my name all right. Definitely my name."
" what a lovely name Alice. My name is Henry spritmoo..." He paused rubbing his head," Henry Star. Yup that's my name like yours I guess."
" that is a lovely name too!" I replied." What is that food I smell!"
" well I made us a dish because I thought you looked hungry!" He walked over to a little corner that looked like a kitchen. He grabbed both plates, one in each hand he set it on the small round table.
Starting to walk over and sit down I felt a love vibe coming from Henry. Thinking to my self," I think Henry likes me."
He began to sit down too and eat like a pig. Looking curiously he stared at my moon necklace with a still motion. I started to stop chewing and wonder what he was looking at.
" w-w-where did you get that necklace it's so pretty and looks like it is magical." He quivered talking with his mouth full.
Grabbing me aside he started to look around to see if anyone else was listening.
" do you know what that necklace can do. An do you know if you are a you know what." He whispered into my ear.
" yes I do and I am a you know what. I knew you smelled funny!" I whispered back.
" you mean you knew what I was this whole time without telling me. You could have at least said some thing or signal me!" He got mad with his face as red as a strawberry.
Questioning him I asked," do you know any more wolfbloods in Arizona or at least how many there might be?"
" there are probably more wolfbloods in this state than any other state in the U.S.A. And where exactly is your pack? He remarked back.
Slouching down on the ground I said sadly," my whole pack has split up in many ways to protect our kind."
" oh." He looked down at me. "Maybe soon my parents will let you live with us. My parents are also wolfbloods and will sign you up for school."
" what exactly is school?" I sounded confused and dumb.
Henry's mouth would have touched the ground right now if he was a cartoon character.
" you don't know what school is!" He yelled " it is a place where you learn and have fun!"
Walking back to the table my eyes started to rapidly flash.
" Henry! Are your eyes flashing like crazy!" I yelled in horror while holding my cold hands over my eyes. I heard a body hot the floor and a response," my eyes they have never done this before! They are flashing too much!"
I took my hands off my eyes and ran to pick him up and take us to a place where no body will find us. Running to the changing rooms my head was facing completely down. Holding onto his arm I pulled him into one of the changing room stalls.
Closing the door it was almost too late. Both of our hands were turning into paws and all of are human features changed into wolf features. Lifting his head up slowly he looked scared and worried. I was thinking of ideas of what have might made us both transform. The store was getting darker so it might have been the moon that made us transform. I tried to transform back but it failed and made me pass out.
Waking up I saw the boy praying for me to wake up. It turns out that we changed back and survived.
