Nash's P.O.V
*Ring, Ring*
I hear as my phone shakes on my bedside table in my room.
*Ring, Ring*
"Hello" I mumble my eyes groggy from the sudden call at 2 in the morning.
"Is this Mr. Grier?" A voice asks as I feel more awake.
"Um, yeah. This is Nash Grier" I say sitting up in my bed my eyebrows furrowed in confusion as I stare blankly at the wall.
"Hello. I'm sorry to inform you that Ms. Paul-Grier's condition has deteriorated dramatically and I need you and your mother down here be issue we have had to turn on life support" the man speaks with a solum tone and I immediately know he's her doctor.
"Okay. We'll be right over" I tell the man hanging up and bolting to Mum's room.
"Mum! Mum!" I tell to her as she wakes up from her sleep.
"Hm?" She hums, still half asleep.
"It's Em. They had to turn on her life support!!" I yell to her before I quickly get back out of her room and into mine.
I get changed and bolt down the stairs to my car.
"Mum I'm going! I have to get to her!" I yell running to my car and starting the engine, flooring it to the hospital.

I arrive at the hospital and bolt up the stairs to the floor Em is on, being too impatient for the elevator.
"My friend Em, the doctor called and told me they had to put on her life support where is she I need to se-" I say all in one breath before I'm interrupted by Em's Doctor.
"Mr Grier?"
"Yes can I see her? Is she still in her room?" I ask quickly running to the doctor.
"Yes. Follow me" he states blankly leading me to her room.
"Ms. Paul-Grier's condition has fallen dramatically and we are not sure if she will wake up from her coma. We are all hoping that she will though."
"Okay. Thanks" I mumble tears in my eyes as I regain my seat next to her bed.
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼10 minutes pass🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Em, still in her coma state looks as though as she is in a deep, deep sleep.
"Em I love you so much. Please wake up babe. If it comes too I know no one can turn off your life support. We all love you too much. Mum, Hayes, Will, and Sky they will be gutted if you don't wake up. Em please I love you with all my heart." I cry letting my tears fall freely now my hand in her small one, and then it happens.
Her eyes open.
"Em!" I say excitedly leaning forward my heart, racing from seeing her okay.
My mind races thinking that it was meant to be we are meant to be okay and we'll be fine!
But we're not.
The next images burn my brain for all my life.
Her eyes slam shut again and she starts convulsing on the hospital bed. She shakes and moves around, her head still on the pillow.
"DOCTOR!!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs my tears cascading down my face like a waterfall.
The heart monitor beeps and beeps at such a high speed.
Then it stops.
The last thing that burns in my mind forever,
The doctor and nurses rush in.
As Em's heart monitor flatlines.
The long beep noise of accompanied by the straight line on they heart monitor.
"I'm sorry Mr. Grier. She's gone"

I'm going to have an epilogue into the future and that so this isn't the very very end but as always and forever
