After David types in the coordinates of Red Riding Hood's forest, they're off. "I thought the story was fictional." a confused Ellie exclaims. "Well, u weren't there with the Grimm brothers when they wrote it. I've even met her. Her name's Jeannette & she's a lovely young lass. Been at her gran's cottage too. Had a lovely tea-party there once!" David recounts. "Yay! We're here!" Rory & Rose exclaim, as the Tardis halts in the middle of a thick forest. "The Tardis'll be safe here in the bushes. Now, let's find gran's cottage!" David exclaims excitedly, leading the way. Suddenly, they hear rustling & a huge wolf pounces...on David! The kids hide behind a tree, as David struggles. "We have to help him!" Ellie whispers. She picks up a pebble & throws it at the ferocious wolf, hitting it. It snarls at her. Suddenly, it's struck by an arrow & falls lifeless beside a panting David. A blue hooded figure climbs down from the tree under which the kids were standing. The hood's lifted, revealing a pretty young face. "Jeannette! Never knew u were an archer...or a wolf-killer!" a surprised David exclaims, weakly. "This wolf's gonna taste so good once it's stewed!" she replies, stuffing the wolf's corpse into a sack, before helping a wounded David to his feet. "They ur kids?" she asks, as Ellie, Rory & Rose heave sighs of relief & hug David. "Nah, just babysitting." David replies, groaning. "Aren't u supposed to wear a red hood?" Ellie asks, curiously. "Did u think that I owned only one hood? I've got a closet full of hoods for every occasion! This one's my hunting hood. & it's soiled! No worries, granma'll clean it for me & I'm sure she'll treat that wound too." Jeannette replies, before tying a handkerchief around David's bleeding arm. They head to gran's cottage. "Now, u lie here while I fetch u some tea." Jeannette's loving grandma orders, leading David to a small room. "U kids can help Jeannette in the kitchen. She'll skin the wolf, while u kids cut the veggies,'kay? We're having my famous wolf stew for dinner!" she orders. "Sounds delish!" Ellie exclaims, sarcastically. A few hours later, dinner's ready. So, Jeannette decides to inform a resting David. She finds him fast asleep with a bandage around his arm. She sits next to him on the bed & lightly strokes his ruffled up hair. He slowly opens his eyes. "Yummy wolf stew's ready. Eat it while it's piping hot!" she exclaims. "I think I'll pass!" a fully awake David jokes. The mention of wolf stew makes him feel sick! "U haven't lost ur sense of humour, Dave!" she chuckles. "& u haven't lost ur looks!" he flirts, gently caressing her blushing face. "Thanks for saving me, Jeannette." he thanks, before an impatient grandma calls them for dinner.
