Chapter 4

The next morning when Piper got done at the police station her and Carson walked to school talking about the video and mostly Carson's family. At school they decided not to talk to each other. After school like always Carson was waiting for Piper at the front doors and like always walked her home. When Piper arrived home she told Carson to come in. " Hey why don't you come in for a bit and give me company." said Piper. "Okay but only for a bit cause I have to be home by 6." he said.

When Pipers mom got home Carson had decided to stay and introduce himself instead of jumping out the window. When Pipers mom went into Pipers room and saw Carson she started yelling at him to get out and then she took a swing to the face. Piper soon jumped up and was holding her arms and body far back from Carson. Melissa was very Protective of Piper. Carson quickly jumped up and said, "I didn't mean any harm. My name is Carson and I heard you guys were moving in so I decided to give Piper some company until she got used to the place.

it was dinner time and Carson was over getting long pretty well with the mom. He looks down at his phone, " Oh shit!" he said. "What?", asked Melissa." I am supposed to be be home by 6 and its 6:30." explained Carson. Well how about I take you home and I can meet your parents." she said. " Okay."

When they finally arrived at Carson's house his mom was on the porch yelling and screaming at him about how late he was. "Young Man you are in so much trouble. Do you know how late you are..." she said. My mom interrupted her, "Hey Hey Hey! Stop yelling, he was with my daughter. We just moved into town and he was being a nice person and showing us around. They mt at school and I offered him dinner. Would you like to eat with us?" she asked. "Oh sorry for the commotion I didn't know he could be such a gentleman. Let me ask my husband." she said. "Oh by the way my name is Alice." " Well my name is Melissa, it's nice to meet you" my mom said. "...and this is my daughter Piper." "Nice to meet you! I'll be back." Alice says.

That night after dinner Piper and Carson went on a walk in alley next to the transportation center, then they ended up at a beautiful view of the lake. There was blue gleaming water, the wind was blowing the trees, and the birds were chirping a beautiful song. It was beautiful! We talked about what we were planning to do for collage, where we wanted to work, and just stuff about the future. It was so romantic.
