Ch. 9- Five Minutes at Base (FMAB)

(RKD's POV)

I decided to take a break from making music and have some help from other artists. Sushi Killer and Kevin from Hyper Potions taught me to do Future Bass with my style of Chiptune, Aero Chord helped me with some Trap (obviously, he's the King of Trap XD), Nitro Fun with Electro (we have so much in common :D) and Stonebank with Hardcore and Hard Dance.

Varien helped me make my music sound like a soundtrack with cinematic sounds which I can use for transitions for my upcoming album (not an EP or LP, just a full on album with 16 tracks).

The decision on making a Halloween track got me thinking for a few days, but I decided to make one because I heard that the Nerds are making a Dubstep track; I just don't get it, they made Future Bass, Indie Dance and Drumstep for their "Pink Cloud" EP and I hadn't heard any Dubstep from them since "Here It Comes".

The new person called "Slips & Slurs" made a two track EP after "Divided" called Restless/Vicimus. The school heard samples of the two tracks and they all fit for the Halloween theme. Drumstep would be the best genre to work with for me because I'm thinking of adding the intense part in the first drop that Excision taught me (he's not in the school, but he usually comes by every once in a while.)

I open the door to my dorm and realize that there's no one here. Fij is in here all the time; where is everyone?

(Laszlo's POV)

I convinced Hellberg, WRLD and Fij to hide behind RKD's bed and scare him. Fij silently warned us that the victim is in the dorm; I've never seen RKD this confused since his arrival in the school.

(Mr Fijiwiji's POV)

I sorta agree with Laszlo just to see his reaction (then again, you do jump up if someone/something scares you), but he just wants to scare RKD for fun. We waited until RKD laid on his bed.

(RKD's POV)

I let out a sigh thinking about the time to make the track for Halloween and just laid on my bed for a bit. A few snickers can be heard from the side of my bed which can only mean one person, Laszlo.

"Don't even think about it." I sound unamused for the attempt that Laszlo tried to scare me. I see that no one admitted to the attempt, so I decided to relax to "Aphasia" by Fij.

(Laszlo POV)

"Don't even think about it." We hear RKD call. How did he know about the idea? Fij, WRLD and Hellberg all look at me like I did something wrong. RKD is probably resting because all I can see from the side of his bed was just the side of his head and the eyes closed; this is the perfect time to execute the plan. I signal Fij, WRLD and Hellberg and as unison, we succeeded.

(RKD's POV)

I woke up to the yelling of Laszlo followed by Fij, WRLD and Hellberg, which left me screaming; I guess what they wanted to do was a success.

"I saw that coming," I laughed. "I knew what you were doing when Laszlo laughed a bit."

"Yeah," Hellberg turned to Laszlo. "You had one job." We laughed it off afterwards as we talked about Halloween and what we were doing. I told the others about me releasing a Drumstep track and they seem to be confused.

"Do you have any experience of Drumstep?" Fij asked me.

"Yep. Excision taught me how." Now they know what to expect.
