Hey, so as you guessed I'm Emily. I'm 27 years old, and stupidly falling for Gibbs, stupid why? Because he's older than me, and the rules. The two main reasons why I've not shown or told Gibbs about my feelings towards him yet the team does though.

It was a normal day at the ncis, we was all sat at our desks minding our own business as we've not been informed about a crime scene yet, that's unusual.

But as for me, my luck went down the drain, when Tony asked about how my love life was going, we all knew what he meant.

"So, McLennan. How's your love life, or you-know-who?" Tony asks

I sign and look at Ziva for help but she doesn't budge.

I look back at Tony
"its completely fine, actually."
I say with no emotion in my voice.

"Have you told him?" Ziva butts in, i look around and too see everyone - meaning; Ziva, Tim,Tony looking at me.

I signed again however, it was more to myself "No, you know I can't guys. How many times have I told you?"

"We'll be asking until you do" Tim said, I glared at him.

"Fine, I'll do it soon. Definitely not now". I say Tony was about to say something else but shuts up when he realise Gibbs has approached us.

"alright, we've got a crime sense. But first I want to talk to you, McLennan." I give everyone a weird look, but obviously they all return a smirk I get up from my desk and shake my head as I past the others, I walk into Gibbs office and sit in front of his desk as he sits opposite.

"Emily, I'm sorry. But I've got some bad news for you" he looks at i started getting confused.

"What do you mean?!" I shouted

"What I mean is...that's we've found the missing body, and it turn out to be your Cousin Mr.McLennan, we've not found who has killed him, but we're going to look into the crime more, however i don't want you taking part" Gibbs rambles that's when I loose it.

I stand up from the seat and start breaking things from anger.

I hear Gibbs remove himself from his seat, I've got my back turned to him, not knowing nothing I turn back around, only realizing how close I was to him.

That's when it happened, when he moved closer and moved closer into and kissed me. Realizing I'm not kissing back, I kiss back. I smile into the kiss and its broken for air.

"Don't get yourself worked up, I know its sad for you but always smile." I smile at this, and at the fact he's still got his arms around my waist.

"Maybe I should go... The others will get suspicious... Definitely Tony" I say.

"Agreed" Gibbs smiled. HE SMILED!! i kiss him one more time and he returns and I leave the room.

Hey, I'm sorry if its rushed, but I'll take it time for then to date. Their will be a twist in the on the sense. And something will happen between Emily + Gibbs too.
