NCIS GIBBS (LOVE): Completed

Chapter Seventeen

We - the "team" are heading back into NCIS, we are currently in the NCIS van, which could fit another 10 people in, have an siting order at the front was Gibbs - driving, no one sat next to him, Tony and Ziva together in the row behind Gibbs, then me and Sophia at the back, that's a tradition newbies at the back.

Currently I'm feeling sick, every since that night with Gibbs. I couldn't be pregnant could I? No, I mean Gibbs wouldn't do that? Although we was in a state at that time.. Maybe I am pregnant... I'll have to talk to Abby about it, she'll understand she's an understandable person, and a forgivable one.

"Everything okay?" Sophia, next to me asked, I must've been too deep into thought for her to notice.

I nodded my head "Yeah, I'm fine  just feel sick" I say reassuring her. She smiles back and doesn't question any more. I sigh to myself.

As I looked forward I could just make out that Gibbs was looking in the mirror to look st us in the back, feeling uneasy I looked away.

*A Few hours later*

We arrived at NCIS headquarters, we all got out of the car and shut the doors and headed in as Gibbs locked up the car doors. He'd caught up with us, being in the lead once he'd got their, we made way to the lift, that I can remember fairly clearly, we all gathered in, the lift was fairly big, not too small. Enough for around 8 people to fit in. Finally, the ding  went into the lift to door opened to reveal McGee at his desk working and Abby next to him begging for something that I can't make out.

They suddenly stop arguing and realise we'd just walked into the room, I seen Abby examine everyone, she went to Sophia then to me, her eyes widened.

"Emily!" She shouted excitedly she skipped towards me and hugged me when she got onto me.

"We've got a lot to catch up on, come to my lab tomorrow" I left awkward but I needed this talk with Abby,.
"Okay" I say and smile this is when Gibbs reentered the room. I hadn't realised he'd gone.

"Okay, team get going home I'll introduce the newbie tomorrow. Emily come with me" Gibbs demands.

Everyone gathers their things as I follow Gibbs into his office, as it brings back to old memories.
