Luke's POV

I think i just shit my pants. Afted i kissed Esmerelda, Xavier called me and he was using his king voice. Thats never good.

Xavier walks in, looking really pissed off.

"What the hell do you think your doing?!" He spat.

"What? I was just dancing with a human that i met at the airport. I did nothing wrong dude."

Yes i called him dude cause we are childhood friends ande he doesnt let the people close to him address him as 'Majesty' or 'King'. But if he uses his king voice on you, you have no choice but to address him as such. Unless you want to be beheaded.

"Did nothing wrong my ass!"
"Just tell me what's up your ass! Whats the big deal?!"

"Do you know who you jusg kissed?" he asked.

"A human that i met a few hours ago, yes"

"Wrong."
"You just kissed your future Queen."

What?

"Thats impossible! For her to be a queen she would have to be your mate, and not human!"

He sighed. "I know. I dont under stand how this happened. Me. Me. Of all of the vampire princes in the history of the world, I had to be the only one with a human for a mate."

"So she is your mate?" i asked slightly confused.

"Yeah"
"Well one, congrats dude! And two poor you. How are you gonna tell the king and queen? The counsel?"

"Fuck man. I forgot about the counsel, i was just planning on telling my parents. The counsel are a bunch of assholes who see humans as nothing but lunch. If they find out that i have a mate and that she is human, they wouldn't hesitate to kill her." He said.

"Dont worry man. It'll be our little secret. But how are you gonna deal witg her?"

"I guess I'll have to take the human aproached and just gain her trust. Once she is ready, ill introduce her to our world and tell her who she was destined to be. I hope this goes well."

"Me too." i said.

Well fuck.
