A knocking came upon Kate's aparment door.

Knock, knock knock...

Kate's heart began to race, if it wasn't for the fact she knew better, she'd have thought it was beating faster than the speed of light. The knocking came again, and Kate started to panic.

'Oh God, oh God, oh God, what do I say, will she be annoyed at me, ugh what do I do, do I make something up?'

"Oh, come on Kate! This is taking the piss now." Bailey said loudly, as she rustled around her keys, looking for the spare to Kate's place.

"Bailey..?" Kate questioned.

"Uh, what? I'm out here, open this God damn door." Bailey insisted.

Ploding to the door, Kate ran through what she was going to say, while pulling a knitted, heavy weight, wool jumper over her head. A shot of adrenaline hit her, finally reaching out for the door knob, a swift turn and she flings the door open. Bailey looked at her in shock.

"What's gotten into you, chirpy bird?" Bailey asked with surprise.

"Come on in, sit down and we can talk properly. Let me go make drinks, want a biscuit?" Kate flustered.

While Bailey sat down on the pink, leather couch, Kate rushed over to the tap, running cold water into the kettle, as it reached the 'Two cup' level, Kate let the lid fall shut, and placed it on the stand, flicking a switch and the water began to boil. A couple of seconds later, she poured the boiling water into the cups, adding a teaspoon of coffee granules, she stirred the liquid slowly.

Kate carried the cups of coffee over to the couch, where she precariously placed herself on the edge. She handed one cup to Bailey, as she silently gulped down her own fears.

"So.. Bailey.." Kate panicked.

"Yes?" Bailey asked curiously, noticing the tension building a little.

"I... I need you to try and help me find someone.. It's important.." Kate replied hesitantly.

"Who and why?" Asked Bailey.

"Well.."

"....Um.."

"....Promise you won't get mad?" Kate said with a worried tone.

"I'll try. Depends what it is." Bailey said harshly.

"..Okay.. Well.. Give me your hand." Kate ordered.

Bailey allowed Kate to take her hand, Kate placed it against her stomach, slowly moving downwards, Bailey began to feel the curve, she pulled her hand away.

"KATE, you're PREGNANT?" Bailey screamed.

"...That's not the reaction I wanted... But, yes.. That's what I need your help for.. I need you to help me find the father."

Shannon lay in bed, wide awake, she needed her nightly fix. Where was she to get it? Kevin was lay at her side, snoring very loudly. Shannon looked over at Kevin, then back to the door, she had to make a decision.. Go without her night-time meal, or risk waking her Boyfriend.

Her instincts took the better of her, and she crawled out of her bed, and opened her bedside draw, revealing her special cutlery box, containing rations of previous bodily meat, blood, and her knife, fork and spoon.

She carried them out of the room, and started to get down the stairs, when all of a sudden, she fell down the stairs with a thud, causing Kevin to wake from his dream land, and come rushing through the upstairs hallway. With a sudden stop, and a jaw drop, Kevin sees the contents of Shannon's "Special" box.

"Shannon, baby.. What's this?" Kevin asked with caution.

Shannon looked up to him, her eyes a deep red, with pin prick pupils, she looked demonic.

"Mine.." She hissed, and crawled away, dragging what she could from her box.

Kevin followed her through the house carefully, to see if she was just playing games. He followed her through a long, dreary looking corridor that he never knew existed, down a hall way, to a huge, wooden door, with a padlock around the lock.

Shannon sensed company, but she couldn't see where this being was standing, so she unlocked the door and steadily pulled it open..

And to Kevin's surprise, the slight view he had, he saw one human hand, dangling from a rope....

"Honey..?" Kevin queried with worry. "What's that..?" As he walked forward, to peer around the olden day, dungeon door. Shocked by what he saw, Kevin immediately stepped back. "Shannon, you didn't do this.. Did you?" Shannon remained silent, shaking her head.

Dr. Wook sat at her desk, flipping through the bunch of travel brochures, searching for just the right flight. With no hope of finding anything, she gave up and decided to take a trip into town. The center of town was about two and a half miles away from her house. While she slipped her boots and a coat on, she locked the door and then began walking.

She continued down the road, looking out over the fields, when a sudden screech of care tires hit her ears. She quickly turned around to see a car had hit a brown bunny. Dr. Wook, being Dr. Wook, picked up the injured bunny and nursed it as she continued walking to Travelocity, the one place she thought she might just find the perfect flight.

After another 5 minutes passed, she reached Travelocity, and picked up one of their brochures. She held the bunny with one hand, whilst trying to flip through the pages of the brochure with the other. Her eyes lit up as she saw something that might be just what she is looking for.
