//Casper's POV\\
"SHES OUT OF CONTROL SO BEAUTIFUL" Harper yells/sings.
"Oh my god chill" Aria says. We were on our way to school. Charlotte offered all of us a ride, so yeah. Now we're in the car, blasting All Time Low.
"What's a chill?" Harper giggles, then continued singing. Well more like yodeling now.
"Some thing that you need" Aria smiles.
"Yes she smiles!!" I say. Aria rolls her eyes.
"Alright guys, we're here." Charlotte says, pulling into a parking spot.
"Ugh whyyyy" Harper whines.
"Because you need an education." I say.
"No, I need music." Harper replies.
We got out of the car, and walked into the school.
"My hate for school is literally unhealthy" I say as I slam my locker door shut.
"Hi there" I hear someone say behind me. And of course, it was Luke.
"Do you like coming behind me and scaring the day lights out of me?" I ask.
"Yeah, it's kinda funny actually." He giggles. Awh, he's so cute.
Wait.
No no no no.
"Can I walk you to class?" He asks.
"Um, yeah sure" I smile. Woah.
"Can you do me a huge favor?" He asks and gives me a smile.
"Yeah, of course"
"Wow this is random but can you like maybe ask your sister what she thinks of me?" He asks with a cheesy smile.
Oh, yeah. Right.
"That depends, are you talking about Charlie or Aubrey?" I say with a small smile.
"Oh, yes, because I have a crush on your small seven year old sister" he says with sarcasm actually oozing from his words. "Of course I'm talking about Aubrey."
"Yeah, thought so. But, uh, yeah. I can." Luke flashes that amazing smile of his at these words. "That is, if she doesn't choose to ignore me and tease me like usual" I continue under my breath.
I hoped that Luke didn't hear those words. I didn't want to seem like I wanted to make Aubrey seem like a bad person. Well, actually she is...okay I just don't want to ruin it for Luke.
"Thank you, Cas. Seriously."
Thank god, he didn't hear me.
I think.
"Well this is my class, I better go." I say and motion towards room 401.
"Alright, bye. Don't forget to ask Aubrey!" He says before walking off.
"Yeah, I won't." I whisper.
I was kind of hurt that Luke liked Aubrey, out of all people! Of course it was her. She was gorgeous, but her personality wasn't. I dread the day that Aubrey breaks Luke's poor little heart.
Lunch
"You need to eat, Charlotte." Aria says, passing her some fries that probably had more grease in them than a whole bucket of KFC chicken....ew
"I am eating, a salad" she says, gesturing towards the greens on her plate. "It's the only thing here that actually tastes real. Like, we all know the hamburgers are actually horseburgers."
"Oh my god, ew! Charlotte, please!" I say. Thinking about someone killing, and eating a horse makes me want to legit die.
"I don't know, the salad tastes like plastic to me" Harper butts in.
"True."
"Jerk alert." Aria says, eyeing the one boy that I actually didn't want to talk to. Luke.
"He's not the big of a jerk..." I trail off.
"Yeah, okay. Do you have any evidence for that statement?" She asks. I was just about to reply when Luke approaches us.
"What do you want?" Aria sneers. I swear, she hates everybody.
"Guys, chill. Hello Luke." I say, smiling.
"Hi. Well about that history project.."
Oh yeah! I forgot about that. We were doing a pretty hard project in groups of four. I was with Luke, Calum, and some one else. I don't know who it is yet.
"Yeah, what about it?" I ask.
"When do you think we can start working on it? I don't want to have bad grades this semester." He says. Wow, he cares about his grades.
"Maybe this weekend? Here, I'll give you my phone number. Give it to Calum, then make a group message. I'll find out who our other partner is later."
"Okay, just put it in my contacts." I grabbed his phone and added my contact, while he added his to my phone.
"Okay, thanks. By the way, don't forget to ask Aubrey!" He says before walking off. Oh yeah, right.
As soon as I leave, I turn towards Aria.
"Um, Aria, explain yourself."
"I don't like him." She replies, with no emotion showing in her voice.
"Because?"
"He's obviously just using you for Aubrey" Aria says, the other girls nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, whatever." I say, leaving the lunch table.
I obviously know he's using it, but it still feels nice. I don't know what's happening to me.
I just can't believe they would just plain say that to me. It kind of hurt. Hopefully I'll get over it, but for now, I'm pretty pissed.
I storm out of the cafeteria and into the bathrooms, and try to calm myself.
I hate life.
