Kendall's Pov
Luke and I were heading to a Starbucks five minutes away. When we got there, Luke ordered a caramel frappé and let me choose my drink. I ordered a vanilla bean frappé with a shot of expresso. We sat down around the tables outside that had little benches around them. I sipped on my drink, and it went silent. I looked up at Luke waiting for him to talk. He opened his mouth and said,"Are you doing anything tonight?" I giggled and looked into his beautiful eyes. "What are you trying to say, Luke?" I asked. He blushed intensely. He replied back with,"I guess what I'm trying to say is..I like you. A lot. I know we just met, but you're amazing, and I never want you to leave my side again." I could feel my cheeks turning a light shade of pink. I had a crush on Luke ever since I first laid eyes on him. I just didn't think he felt the same way. "I like you too, Luke," I blurted out without thinking. "So.. I think I have a question for you," he said. "I'm listening," I replied. "Kendall, will you do me the honors of being my girlfriend?" Luke asked. Just as he was saying this, he pulled out a ring that had a "L&K" carved into it on the outside. On the inside it read "always&forever". I was astonished. I quickly jumped into his warm strong arms. "Luke Hemmings I would love to date you." I sorta screamed. "These are promise rings. Promise me that no matter what we will always have each others backs dating or not," Luke stated. I looked into his gleaming eyes. "I promise," I whispered. Luke then started leaning in, and I did, too. It just felt right. As soon as our lips touched, it felt like fireworks were being set off. It was amazing. Fireworks were erupting in my stomach over and over again. All of a sudden we were disrupted by loud clapping. We looked around to see the Starbuck's customers and employees watching our every move.
