This is a random chapter of how to fiscally and brutally annoy the heck out of Romano in 4 simple steps!!

Step 1: You need to capture Romano and tie him up to a chair.
Step 2: Blindfold him and put some Headphones on.
Step 3: Put evil music on.
And finally
Step 4: Let him here "Oh baby" by: Justin Beiber and just here him scream!
