Makayla's POV

~~2 Years Later~~

"Oh shit!" I yelled running down the stairs. I grabbed my penny board and got out of my house.. Yes MY house. I moved out about five months after Kian left. I haven't seen him or Jc in two years. And honestly I don't think I'm over Kian yet. . I skated to Jaylens school and stopped in front. My mom usually comes ten or five minutes late cause of traffic and I take the time to talk to her and Joe

"Makayla!" Jaylen yelled hugging me I smiled
"Hi mamash." I kissed her cheek
"Where's Joe?" I asked looking around
"He made something for Jc but forgot it in his class and went to grab it." She said I gulped
"J-Jc?" I stuttered
"Yea, Jc and Kian are here." She smiled

"Oh...are they gonna pick you guys up?" I asked she nodded
"Hi Makayla." Joe said walking towards us I smiled
"Hi." I whispered
"I-I have to go, see you guys later." I said kissing there cheeks
"Jaylen! Joe!" I heard someone yell

I turned to see Kian and Jc
"Bye." I said getting on my penny board and skating away
That was a close one...

Kian's POV

A girl with black and white hair skated off and we reached Jaylen and Joe
"Who was that?" I asked them they looked back
"Makayla." Jaylen smiled. Makayla?
"Wait you guys been seeing her?" Jc asked confused since we haven't seen her in two years

"Yea she always comes five minutes before mom gets here." Joe said
"And does mom now about this?" Jc asked they shook their heads
"She's really pretty now." Jaylen said
"She has two piercings now." Joe said grabbing his lips
"Don't they hurt?" He asked

"Yea." I mumbled
"Well let's go." Jc said they nodded. We turned around and started walking back home. Makayla. Just her name makes butterflies erupt in my stomach. Did I ever get over her? No...and I don't think I ever will

I regret that day so much. I was so stupid, she begged me to stay but I told her it was better to move on
How stupid was I?!. She looked so different. Her hair was white and black instead of grey...and she looked skinner. But no in a good way. Is she doing drugs again?

I gulped. I really hope she's not
Because if she is, it's my fault. We reached the house and walked in
"Hi mom." Joe and Jaylen said to her she smiled
"Go wash up so you can eat." She said to them they nodded before walking upstairs
"Mom did you know Makayla has been visiting them after school?" Jc asked

"What?" She asked confused
"When we went to pick them up a girl was by them we asked who she was when she left and they said it was her." I said
"I-I didn't know..I haven't seen her in a year." She said
"I used to see her around but then I never saw her again." She sighed

"How is she?" She asked
"We don't know...when we got there she had already left, we didn't even see her face." Jc said
"I hope she's ok, she moved out and I don't even know where." She frowned
"I'm sure she's fine mom, she's twenty one now." Jc assured she nodded

"I'm gonna go get some fresh air." I mumbled
"Ok." Jc nodded. I smiled before walking out
I wonder how she looks like now
"Drive this car threw the drive through please!" Someone sang. I turned to see some girls. I shrugged it off and kept walking
