400 reads guys! I know it's not that much but it's a start! Whoopie do!
She's kinda hot though-
I pulled up to the school and left my mask in the back of the car. I walked through the door and went to the games room. The guys are usually in there, i poked my head round the side. Seeing them sitting in a circle, reminding me of the first day we came here.
Sometimes i wish i could start all over again, like when Aiden died. I would give anything to not of gone to that game. And like today, i lost all hope. Being broken too many times to let anyone else in. Now i just have to protect what i do have. And that's the best friends in the world.
"Hey" i said in a slightly cracked voice. "I'm really sorry, i didn't mean what i said. I just... I had a really rough morning. Is it too late to say that I'm sorry?" They all looked sympathetic except from Spike. He shook his head, causing his Afro to bob.
"Yes. Dude, you are so!... Forgiven. Obviously, you dipshit. Come here!" He ran over to me and wrapped me in a bear hug. I hugged him back and noticed someone running up and jumping on my back "Guess who" a young boy said. "I don't know, can i go ask my bestest brother Harry?" I grinned "I'm your only brother!" Harry said still on my back. "Just because there's less competition, doesn't mean your any less deserving" he laughed and we all looked at Spike who cleared his throat. "Dude, we totally need to throw a forgiven party!" He said excitedly. Harry agreed by whooping and high-fiving him. "I didn't know that was a thing?!" I really didn't, it must be a Spike thing. "It's a Spike thing" he grinned. "Yeah well, do i have to sing?" I asked Spike. "Well, yea. Don't be silly!" He said as if enjoying my own party would of been the most ridiculous thing in the world. He had a point though. I always sing at the school parties, and i can't say i don't love every moment of it.
He grinned from ear to ear. "We have three minuets!" He said a bit to calmly for it to be good.
Is now a good time? To tell them? I had just lost the man most important to me in the world. I am taking it well. I think i should before it all goes tits up.
"Guys, erm, i want to say why i was a state earlier" I said nervously, Jackson spoke up "bruh, we've all had bad days, whenever you're ready, but until then we can wait. Cool?"
I sighed and ran my hand through my hair. "I know, I'm ready, it's just, i. Franco. He died last night. And, yeah..."
"I'm so so sorry, i know how much he meant to you!" Ashley said. Meg nodded and Jeb gave me a sympathetic smile. "So, dude. TO FRANCO!" He raised his fist. He always knew how to make me feel better. "TO FRANCO!" Everyone laughed and we all headed to were we held the parties.
You seem the school was built on 'trust' so basically, live like a kid. Just don't get caught or die. Yea, it's pretty chill.
We set up the equipment pretty quickly cause a few people turned up straight away and helped move stuff onto the stage. Play video. We started playing some songs and then more and more people turned up. Infact, it got to about 1,000 people when we hit midnight. We partied to at least 3am and then we crashed out.
I may or may not of fell asleep in the hallway.
But it wasn't my fault, Spike pushed me and i couldn't be bothered to get back up.
I may, or may not of also got verry, verry drunk. A little... lot. I got up around 10:00 and managed to stumble to my room, with my eyes covered. I found some sunglasses and aspirin. I chucked on a beanie cause it felt like one of those days. For all those who don't know me, when I'm wearing a hat, it means don't even fucking talk.
I grabbed my binder and went out the door to the parking lot. I still have to go to that stupid school. I saw Matthew leaning up against the bonnet of his Porsche. "Dude, it's like 10, hurry up" he said. I groaned as the noise slammed into my ears. He laughed and i crawled into his car. We drove to school and he had to drag me out. We met up with Spike, Jeb and Meg in the same condition laying against the lockers in the hall. I attempted to slide down beside them but Mathew stopped me and pushed me into the classroom. Everyone one looked up and i grunted. Spike saluted and walked straight into a table, this caused Meg and Jeb to burst out laughing then glaring at each other whilst covering their ears. I made it to my desk as Matthew helped Spike up, well when i say that. He dragged him and dumped him next to his chair. Jeb and Meg both slumped into their seats and went out like a light. Mathew grimaced at the teacher who didn't seemed to gave a fuck. I laid my head back a little and started to drift off, it looked like i was still paying attention because i had my sunglasses were still on.
Well, that's what it must of looked like cause a girl poked me with a pencil and asked me who the teacher was. I'm guessing she was new. "Sorry, i wouldn't know. I don't even got to this school" she looked at me like was mental. I can't blame her, what can i say. I like to duck with peoples minds when my brain is fried!
She then asked Mathew who was on the other side of her and he said causally shrugging it off "i don't actually go here either" she looked at him the same way she did me. "Why are you here then?" She asked curiously. "He made me come" i grumbled "what can i say, there's a few hot girls here" again casual like he was talking about the weather. What made me grin was Jebs head shot up and scowled trying to find whoever said that, whilst holding his dizzy head.
What can we say, we all like to fuck with people's minds. Me and Matthew giggled as well. The girl looked disgusted and tried to focus on the teacher.
I actually think today's gonna be alright.
Maybe tomorrow too.
With friends like these- CRASH!!!
I spoke too soon.
