I was furious. Like 100 out of 1-10 furious. I'd been waiting for that moment for three years, then finally when i start liking someone else he goes and does something as stupid as that.
I raise my hand to my cheek feeling for tears. Good so far
"Granger!" I hear someone calling after me
probably Draco, him being the only one that calls me Granger
I ignore him and hurry to the Gryffindor tower. At this moment I don't care about the rest of the classes I just need to get away from people.
"Granger! Bloody He** Won't you listen to me?!"
I start to run reaching the tower
"Mimbulus Mimbletonia." I say quietly then scurrying into the tower.
I make my way through the common room reaching where the hallway split with two doors, I went trough the girl's dormitory door and headed for my room.
After getting in and locking the door I slumped into my bed

The door flew open and I heard what had to be Lavender sobbing as she flew into her bed, Ginny came in not long after.
"I'm sorry my brother is a complete Jack-Arse." she says to the both of us
I sit up
"I think we've both established that." I groan before slumping back into the safety of my pillows
Ginny took turns comforting the two of us for at least half an hour before Lavender finally pipes up.
"Where's he now?" She asks quietly
Ginny sighs
"Ron is in DADA, Draco is waiting at the entrance to the gryffindor tower, and Harry is sitting in front of the girl's dormitory." She says
"Really?" I sit up again
"Yes. And would you please tell us what's going on?!" Ginny bursts finally
"Yes I'd very much like to know." Lavender says wiping her tears
I sigh
"It's a long story."
"We'll we've already missed most f DADA. And I doubt either of you Harry or Draco is going back to class today." Ginny reasons
"Oh alright," I groan
I finally tell the truth, beginning to end. How I used to like Rom, how Draco kept surprise kissing me, what happened at the greenhouse, and finishing at when we came into our room
"So you really did like him." Lavender said quietly
"Yeah.. used to. But I was never gonna take him from you. You two were so happy together." I say eventually
She does what I'd never expect and smiles
"To be honest I think it's kinda a good think everything worked out this way... the fact that Draco Malfoy likes you is kinda hot.." she chuckles
I blush and Ginny starts laughing
"I knew that you liked Malfoy, it was obvious. But I wasn't gonna say anything." Ginny admits
"Was it that obvious?" I ask
She nods and we all start laughing again
"Hermione...." Lavender starts
"Yeah..." I say in reply
"I'm sorry... I never thought about how it would feel for you. I didn't realize how much you liked him, and for not believing you." she sighs glancing down
I smile and get up crossing over to her bed. I sit down next to her wrapping my arms around her
"Don't be. I didn't respond in the best way either. I'm just glad to have my room-mate back"
I say with a smile as she hugs back
"Hey!! WHAT about ME?!?!" Ginny howls jumping on the both of us crushing us in her hug
