We've all been there, or at least want  to be there

Honestly, I'm just scraping things up from my experiences at anime/cosplay/game conventions

Now, let's start shall we?

Disclaimer : This is only based on my personal experiences and are solely my opinion. It may not work for you but it did for me.

Before cons

1. Check out the event page for the convention. It may be on Facebook, or a website for it. Just find it and look through it.

2. Go through the schedule provided, and plan out yours during the con.

3. Contact the event coordinator if you have any problems, or just leave a message on the page/website

4. On the day of the convention, be sure to :

-If you're cosplaying, remember your little parts and accessories, bring some emergency cosplay kit like a sewing kit, make-up supplies and hot glue gun if your cosplay breaks :) Just bring whatever you think might be useful

-Bring your money and camera/phone, in case you see awesome cosplays or cute merchandise that are on sale (some cons have but some don't)

-Bring water, and store some in your car(if you have one) You don't wanna get dehydrated and faint in the middle of the con

-Don't forget your ticket

-Go early, if you want to avoid a long-ass line

5. Take a shower before going to cons, because you don't want to stink the hell out of people. Believe me, a lot of people forget this xD

During cons

1. Don't glomp people. (especially cosplayers, ahem)

2. Be nice when asking for something (e.g asking cosplayers for photos and seeking help from the staff)

3. Drink lots of water, don't wanna faint during the con do ya?

4. Don't criticize cosplayers, they've worked hard on their cosplays and its not nice to do that right?

5. Be on time for certain events like Meet&Greet sessions or concerts, it doesn't hurt to go early though ^^

6. Don't simply touch cosplayers, including their outfits or weapons. If they break.. you're probably dead for sure

7. Don't do inappropriate things during convention. You're in public and there are still some people who don't know what the heck is going on. Conventions already have a little bad reputation in everyday life already..

8. Don't stalk people, its really creepy. Or even make a fuss about little things or get dragged into unwanted dramas. They don't end well mostly :3

I think thats all for the advice and stuff. I have nothing on my mind now~ If you have any suggestions or tips, do leave a comment below and share with us!

Also, check out my roleplay book. We're still deciding on what to roleplay so you could suggest your choice there. You can find it in my page, and I'll be happy if you joined ^^ (its kinda lonely there because it just started)

Well then, thats all~
