What once was a dream now is reality.
These whispers become voices
I feel one it's fingers in my spine
Slowly making me dance to it's game
Eyes glossed over but pain is my new
Feeling.

It's got me on both knees...
Telling me to confess my name
I refuse to speak, but temptation led me, It captured me
Now I must confess my name..

Drained each day walking and crawling
My flesh turns to decay slowly I'm losing hope.
My heart that once was pure is now as dirty as a river poised
I look in the mirror and see it's new disguise.

It's grasping onto my spine..
Controlling every move
If there was a light.. Give me a sign
To break free from this demons strings
I'm a human I'm mortal
This game he plays is soon going to kill me
I'm a human I'm mortal.

Slowly dragging me to hell saying I have a pit of sorrow
Placing me in the flame screaming watching me burn
No sign of life
No pigment of color
If I had him his breath would breathe life back into me.
