Chapter 2: "The Party"

Kathrine's POV:

"Psssst... pssst.." I heard someone beside me but I can't see him/her because my eyes are closed and I'm facing to the right while the person is sitting on my bed at the left. "Mmmmh... 5 more minutes pa please tita." I said with a sleepy tone.

Its strange cause di naman ako ganito gisingin ng malambing kong aunt. Madalas hina-hug niya ko pag gingising niya ko o di kaya bubulungan niya ko ng- "Babyyy, gising na baby." With a very sweet tone, pero ngayon, iba eh, ibang iba.

"Woah what the hell? Did I just heard that you called me 'Tita'?" Ok wow, lalaki pala tong katabi ko, wait... OMG! WHY ON EARTH NA MAY LALAKI DITO SA BAHAY KO!? NANANAGINIP NA NAMAN BA AKO? NASA LOOB NG KUWARTO KO PA. Impossible naman kasi na intruder tong kasama ko. O.o

I mean na restricted area tong villa namin, tiyaka parang ang awkward naman ata ng may intruder na gigisingin ka sa umaga... ok I take that back, tanghali na yata... geez.

I was suprised, tumingin agad ako sa direction kung saan nanggaling yung boses ng lalaki, at agad-agad naman akong napadilat. My eyesight is blurred kasi kakagisinging ko pa lang, I blink thrice then I saw the face of the guy who's sitting beside me. And there he is, smiling at me, the one and only 'Jay Shaun Ramirez'.

He's my closest friend here in Philippines, okay let's just say he's my only friend here in Philippines, you may think that I'm a loner, actually yeah I think I am.

Simula kasi ng lumipat kami rito ni Aunt Tine dito sa Pinas, nagbago na lang agad ako, di na ako yung mapalakaibigan na Jade.

Actually all of the people here in Philippines wants to be friends with me, but I'm the one who's been avoiding them and rejecting them. I don't know kung bakit most of the people na maikta ko lalapitan na lang nila ako and they'll greet me, "Hi."

Sadyang stubborn,makulit at matigas ang ulo nitong si Jay. He doesn't give even when I avoided him and rejected him a 'gazillion times'. Even when he got embarrassed most of the time na lumalapit siya sakin kasi sadyang pinapahiya ko siya para lang layuan niya ako.
