Chapter 6- Why are you here?
When I opened the door I saw Mikey.
Me- Mikey? What are you doing here?
Mikey- I miss you… we shouldn’t have ended our relationship like it did.
Me- you should have thought of that before breaking up with me
Mikey- you were moving Katie! What was I suppose to do
Me- at least not break up with me the way you did!
Mikey- I’m sorry
Me- you better not have came all this way to get me back
Mikey- I just want you back… you made me happy when we were together
Me- well you made me happy too but you hurt me. I don’t want that happening to me again
Mikey- it won’t… I promise
Me- how do I know that… You said that before how can I trust you again. I rarely even give people second chances… Plus I have a new boyfriend
Mikey- so… please I came all this way to say I’m sorry and to get another chance
Me- mikey… don’t
Mikey- why not?
Me- because I have a boyfriend and I really like him
Mikey- you will regret this Katie… I am going to get you back one day. I will promise that.
With that he left while I just stood there shocked. I closed the door and went to the living room. I sat down on the couch just thinking… how did this all happened?
Flashback
I was walking to Mikey’s to tell him the bad news. I’m telling him on our three month anniversary. I went to the door and rang the doorbell. In 5 seconds, Mikey answered the door and smiled.
Mikey- hey babe… happy three month anniversary (kisses cheek)
ME- hey… and I don’t think happy is the right word now.
Mikey- why whats wrong?
I couldn’t tell him. It’s just to hard to break his heart… and mine
Mikey- you can tell me anything… I won’t get mad
Me- I’m… I’m kind of… well… moving
Mikey- where? (says calmly)
Me-…….
Mikey- WHERE (screams)
Me- Atlanta (starts crying)
Mikey- why are you moving? I thought together forever Katie?
Me- you know with my parents getting a divorce I have to move with my mom. She wants to be near her family. (starts to sob a little)
Mikey- that’s 5 hours away from here Katie!?! How are we going to make us work? Huh? How are we going to stay together? When are you leaving any ways? TOMORROW!!!!!
Me- I leave Friday mikey… that’s 4 days away.
Mikey- when did you find all this out any ways. 2 weeks ago!!!!!!
Me- Why are you doing this? Why are you acting this way?
Mikey- I’M MAD OK… you know what…….. I’m not dealing with this anymore.
With that he slammed the door. I started sobbing then. I got a text… it was from Mikey.
‘if I didn’t make it clear… we are over!’
I knew this would happen. Maybe my mom is making the right choice for moving. A new start. Maybe I can find someone way better than mikey. All I can do now I hope…
End of Flashback
I must have been out of it because I realized London was right next to me. I looked at her and started to cry. She gave me a hug. After a while I stopped crying and I stopped hugging London.
London- okay… what’s wrong?
Me- mikey was here…
London- What! Why?
Me- he wanted me back
London- what did you say?
Me- that I was happy with my new boyfriend and I don’t really give people second chances.
London- and what did he say?
Me- you will regret this Katie… I will have you again one day. I will promise that
London- well he hurt you… he doesn’t deserve a second chance
Me- I know… and it was on our three month too…
London- that’s low
Me- I know… I can’t believe he came all this way just to say he was sorry though
London-not that many guys have the guts to do that… like mike
Me- you and mike wasn’t even together!
London- so… I wish we were though
We both laughed. London would always try and make me feel better and I’m glad about that. She is my best friend… she is like a sister to me. I’m just glad I have her.
Me- I just hope he doesn’t ruin my relationship with Chaz.
London- if he does… I will hurt him.
Me- (laughs) I won’t stop you
London- good
Me- where is Justin?
London- going to get clothes for the week. Where is Chaz?
ME- going to get clothes. I’m just glad he wasn’t here when mikey came.
London- I know… that would have been horrible
Me- there would be possibly a fight
London- true… come on lets go to the bathroom. You have tear stains down your face.
We went to the bathroom and I cleaned my face and London helped me with my make-up. Then I heard the doorbell ring. We went to the door and opened it. Of course we saw Justin and Chaz. They walked inside and left their bags by the door.
London- where are we going to sleep? Our room?
Me- or downstairs
London- that works
We all went downstairs and just set up everything to go to bed…

Once we finished I layed down next to Chaz while London was putting in a movie to watch. Once she picked a movie to watch she layed down next to Justin. Apparently we are watching Texas chain saw masacre. After a while of watching, Chaz put his arm around my waist. I just smiled and continued watching the movie. After a while my eyes started to get heavy. Then once I shut my eyes… I was off in dream land.
