The After Math

As I was walking through the door I carefully shut the door quietly. Then I heard footsteps and sure enough it was my mother . I tried to walk upstairs as fast I could , I know she wouldn't care if I left but I honestly just didn't want to deal with her right now I was already going through a lot because of stupid Stacey and Chad. ''Megan , Megan is that you'' ''What do you want mom '' ''Megan honey come here ''. " Um excuse you don't call me that '' ''don't you love me Megan I feel like our relationship isn't as close as it used to be''. She was getting closer now and stumbling  down the stairs to get closer to me I didn't have time for this , not right now . "Megan, why are you always gone ''. I just decided not to answer this time "Megan why aren't you answering me ''. "YOU KNOW WHAT MEGAN YOUR SO STUPID YOUR JUST LIKE YOUR FATHER AND THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE WAS HAVING YOU ''. I cant believe she would say that I know she's probably just drunk and doesn't mean it but it still hurts . Sometimes she literally pisses me off so much like why cant she just be a normal mom why cant things just go back to the way they were before she became an alcoholic . I'm so bottled up with anger right now I cant handle it ''You know what mom good and I'm glad and tbh you shouldn't hate me you should hate your so called beloved faithful husband ''. ''What are you trying to say Megan''. ''Its so terribly obvious he's cheating on you dumbass ''. She was quiet after that and didn't say anything I regretted everything I just said .

Flashback ~ It was the summer of 6th grade me and Stacy were having a sleepover she was staying with us because her parents were on a business trip . ''Hey have you ever noticed how your dad is almost never here''. Stacy said ''What do you mean'', ''He's like almost never here and I've stayed with you for like over a month now ''. ''So he just has to work a lot that's all'' ''No Meg what if he's cheating on your mom''. ''Your being ridiculous I  love my dad he would never do that'' ''look I'm your best friend  I'm just trying to look out for you listen I have an idea tonight we sneak out at 12:00 am and we follow him to were ever he goes and you'll find the truth out for your self''. " I don't know'' ''come on its better to find out now then later'' ''okay I guess so''. So that night me and Stacey snuck out at exactly 12 am the time my dad usually goes to go on his ''business trips''. Me and Stacey wore all back and hid in the back seat he didn't see us thankfully . We were driving for about an hour  before we finally stopped . Everything was quite for a while then I heard  a women's voice ''Hey babe''. She said I heard them kissing then I heard the girl speak again '' Hey babe when are you going to rid of that basic bitch ''. ''Soon I'll get rid of her '' ''It doesn't seem like it babe you know I love you more then her ''. ''That's good babe I love you '' " I love you too''. All I remember is crying in the back seat quietly trying to make sure they didn't here me and then Stacy crotched down giving me a look of pity . They finally went into this restraunt and Stacy looked up at me and said ''I told you so ''. She didn't even care I was crying all she could say was I told you so I don't even know why I stuck with her for all these years .     

I just came back to reality and me and my mom were both staring at each other with tears strained down both our faces I felt so bad about what I said ''I'm sorry mom ''. I said super quietly I walked over and tried to hug her which I haven't done in so long but she pushed me away .I felt so bad why did I say that to her, I know she deserved to know but something are better off not said . I couldn't bare looking at her any longer because of the guilt so I just ran up stair and slammed my door I felt so terrible why did today have to be such a shitty day .

I decided to text my newly found friend just to see if that'd cheer me up

Meg- hey luke

Luke- hey whats up beautiful  how you feeling

Meg - like shit

Luke - you know don't worry he was a shitty guy he dosent deserve you and any guy be lucky to have you by his side

Meg-  It's not that

Luke - Then what is it

Meg-  I  don't know anymore

Luke - well if it makes you feel any better I'm really glad I met you it was enchanted to meet yoooooouu

Meg- are you quoting Taylor swift

Luke - Yeah

Meg - You are literally so cheesy

luke was so cheesy but he literally makes me smile I don't get how a boy I just met can give me these butterflies

Meg- I think I'm going to go to bed

Luke - Have sweet dreams Mysterious bathroom girl
