He was so alluring that I couldn't resist the temptation as I took out my sketchbook and my pencil as I began to sketch the portrait of the guy that was sitting a few yards away. He was busy having fun with his friends that he simply did not notice a girl glancing at him frequently.

Ever since I met him, I had been deeply intrigued by him, as though there are unknown forces pulling me to him. Then again, with his tall, lean built and charismatic presence, who wouldn't be drawn to him? It was a few weeks after knowing his presence did I found out that he wasn't just a senior in my school, but my faculty senior.

And gosh, he is one fine human specimen.

As I leaned against the oak tree sketching away, I occasionally glanced up from my sketch to stare at his features before returning my gaze back to my book, outlining and shading certain areas to make the portrait more alive.

I am an art student and I must admit that my artistic skills are not too bad. However, I must admit that guy that I am attracted to is really gifted, having some of his drawings being exhibited at well-known galleries, under his name "Ken".

I sighed the moment I heard a series of loud chatter and within minutes, a bunch of girls wearing miniskirts, shirts that are a bit too revealing and makeup so thick flocked around Ken and his friends, obviously attempting to attract their attention. This wasn't surprising to me at all since Ken and his five other friends are all tall and handsome and super attractive. Yet, what surprises me was that the six of them had ignored all of the girls' antics, showing no signs of interest all.

Realizing that the girls had successfully ruined my peace and that I couldn't continue my sketch, I decided to find another spot that will be quieter in order to enjoy the rest of my lunch break. Grabbing my items, I made my way to another part of the school compound.

Keeping my head down as I always do, I was so engrossed in staring at my own feet that I actually collided into someone, causing my items to scatter onto the floor. As I apologized, I immediately bend down to collect my stuff.

"Hey, are you okay?" A voice said gently while I gathered my drawing materials. It was when the person handed me my black marker did I finally looked up. My heart immediately sped up the moment I realized that the person I collided into was none other than Ken.

"Y...Yeah I am fine, so sorry about colliding into you." I answered quickly and I noticed that my sketchbook lying open. I grabbed it in record time and snap it shut as Ken looked amused by my reaction. The last thing that I ever want to happen was for him to assume that I am a stalker or something along that line.

"You know, you should look at where you are heading the next. Why do you want to hide your pretty face by staring at the floor as you walk?" He continued as I blushed when I heard his comment. I couldn't reply him except to gape at him.

Great, he must think I am a total weirdo by now.

"So, are you an art student too?" He asked as he gestured at whatever I was holding as I give a slight nod.

"Wow, I am in the art faculty too but I haven't seen you before, are you new?" He continued as I finally found my voice, telling him that I was already in my second year.

"I see. Well, I hope to see you more often then. Be careful all right?" He said as he gave me a pat on my shoulder before walking away as I felt my heart skipped a beat as turned around to stare at his back as he walked away.

If I haven't fall in love with him before, I certainly do now.

Few days later

--

I sat down beneath the oak tree once again, glancing around for Ken but frowned the moment I realized that he was missing. It was really weird because he will always be there with the rest of his friends and yet he was missing that day. Sighing, I opened my sketchbook and was flipping through the pages until I reached his portrait and paused, my right hand lingering on his lips.

"Isn't that me?" A voice asked beside me as I jumped in surprised, turning my head to realize Ken standing beside me, staring down at the portrait. I immediately squeak in surprise as I snapped the sketchbook shut, staring at him incredulously.

"How did..." I began.

"Let me see!" He interrupted as he kneeled down beside me and tried to pry the book from me, which I gave in after a few struggle.

"Wow, you must have been staring at me all these time? It's almost perfect!" He commented as he glanced at his own portrait.

"Almost perfect?" I asked, curious as to what mistakes I had made.

"Well... All drawings are simply replicas isn't it? It can be as perfect as the original person right?" He replied as he point to himself, giving a goofy grin that I can't helped but to smile back.

"Aren't you angry at me for drawing your portrait without permission?" I asked after a moment of silence as he shook his head upon hearing my question.

"Not at all; in fact I want to thank you for drawing me so well. I always thought girls out there would give anything to be able to draw Hongbin or Leo hyung..." He replied while deep down, I felt like telling him that I am only interested in drawing his portrait and no one else.

"Anyway, the reason why I am looking for you is because I want to know if you are interested in participating in an art project with me. So what do you say?" He continued as I am surprised with the sudden turn of events.

"You want me to participate in a project with you? Why me?" I asked and I felt like slapping myself the moment the question came out of my mouth.

"Well... When my lecturer told me that it's a pair work I immediately thought of the pretty and cute girl that collided into me the other day. And now I know you can draw very well, I am even more determined to have you as my partner. Maybe we can't blossom this new friendship into something more? What do you say?" Ken replied.

"Yes!" I replied as he grinned at me and I know it was the best decision made in my whole life.
